Not me, I always thought she was hot even when she played the bitch & was with the hottest Heal in the business Triple H. Loved to hate them but besides that, I still found her hot.
triple H said the same thing about the angle between Kurt and Stephanie, that it wouldn't be believable for Steph to leave him for Kurt, that's why it was dropped so quickly.

I was at Wrestlemania X8. A lot of people went home after Hogan vs Rock. Everyone knew what the result was going to be for Jericho vs HHH. My party stayed but it was a snooze fest. By the time the match came around, half the crowd had gone home.
It got a small pop at the end but you could yell the crowd was tired and ready for it to end

HHH is smart and remembers history. It wasnt uncommon for a storyline to become reality. Vince loved it - then he could exploit it further exposing real life drama and heartache for financial gain.
Its was entertaining knowing the “real dirt” of these larger than life characters. (As a young kid idolized hardy boys) was actually traumatized by the Lita/Matt hardy and edge affair 😂 it was like I lost my GF too- knowing it actually happened made wrestling more realistic/ interesting to me- storylines become fun to dissect when something drastic happened. now with google and twitter-podcasts and 20 years later it’s easier and comes full circle to find out what the drama was. I also remember Chris Benoit stole his ex bosses wife due to a storyline. That turned out to be a rough and horrific one😢

Tbh that probably would’ve been better storyline going into Mania than what we got because it was all about Triple H and Stephanies on going break up while Jericho was just there in the background.

Anyone else remember when a few months later (March of that year I think) when HHH came back, they started calling HHH the 'first' undisputed champion, like Jericho didn't even exist.
I respect Jericho for how long he has lasted but at that time he just wasn't over rock and stone cold or angle. He just wasn't ready for that run.
The only wrestler that a “Stephanie affair” storyline would have worked with was Kurt Angle, and only because they teased that for a short time and everyone liked it.
