As the list moved closer to #1 I was saddened that Centaur wasn't among, but..... to my big surprise it is picked as #1, and I totally agree, I love my Centaur above all. Though the footage of it in this video doesn't do the artwork justice. Simply amazing and very unique artwork!
@@CaptNRetro 2k with the hardtop? and its closer to you it's in S. Carolina at joe's classic arcade. I was going to see if you were interested before I went to pick it up.
Great list. My favorite 80s pinball machines was "Comet" and "Cyclone".
Comet and Cyclone are great games! I agree!
No doubt
Surprised Black knight didn't make the list. I'm not surprised Mr. & Mrs. PAC-MAN are missing, but still.

The wide machines from around 1979 to 1983 were jaw-droppingly impressive. Real works of art both visually and sonically.
Keep em coming Captain ! Miss ya man !
Nice
Not a list I agree with but these are 10 good tables. Nice overview of them. I would put High Speed higher, and Black Knight has to be in my top ten.
I remember high speed big time but there was a machine called Flash had a blue field lightning bolt(s) for multiplier pretty nice machine
1979 Williams Flash
