I guess you don’t need this answer anymore 😂 however, for other people, there is no change at a single point, that is why you have the derivative: it is the change there would be if a straight line started from that single point based on the trajectory the line has been following near to that point

I first learned about the derivative years ago, the difference in how I learned it was instead of using the term, 'h' we were taught to use delta X or the change in X.
