Mainly around clears with Gallagher using quid pro quo to energy battery Robin and have full ult uptime for additional turns and damage, because of this it ends up putting Robin above sparkle by a very notable amount rip sparkle
@@TerraTheWiseIt does have an impact on the cycles lol, from what I've seen there are 2/3 cycle difference between these 2 teams so yeah Sparkle still has a lot of value, just not nearly as much as with Robin
Since this calculation is purely for Acheron's ultimate damage, these numbers make sense. However in practice you will find out that Jiaoqiu + Robin has the best performance for both E0 and E2 Acheron, there is so much of Robin's kit that is not factored in these calculations.
@@einszs Yeah she does, she will take 2 turns on the first cycle as would a usual 134 speed Acheron take (one normal turn and one extra with Robin's ult), while wearing the ATK boots
@@einszs Yeah elemental orb works the best but you should use take into consideration the substats. If your ATK orb is a lot better with crit chance/dmg than your elemental orb then go for it.
Incredible - it is time to get my Bronya's speed over 161 and slap her in my Acheron's team along with Jiaoqiu while my Sparkle joins my Dan Heng Imbibitor Lunae's team since he needs her badly. GG!
We can't run Jiaoqui with the Resolution Lightcone because of the EHR requirements, so his final damage amp will be only 10-15% difference from Pela....

I'll add that a friend of mine did some calculations between Sparkle and Bronya recently, using my Acheron for reference, and he too came to the conclusion that Bronya grants superior results. As for skill points, I use a 180 speed Bronya on my Acheron team, so SPs are not an issue in the slightest. As for Robin, I have been using Robin on the Acheron team as well, and she's incredibly effective. I do have E2S1 Acheron (I am F2P, I just saved a lot :) ), so I can, and do, use double harmony. I will pull JQ despite, for some reason, people seemingly underestimate his massive vulnerability debuff that is AoE and has a permanent up-time, which is unique for Nihility units, as well as Nihility units granting more benefits when it comes to damage for Acheron than Harmony units due to the simple fact that Acheron herself already has high ATK, high CD, high damage bonus, and some RES PEN, although that's obviously not all that they do. Still, I see the additional stacks JQ provides as just a bonus in my personal view. Lastly, the comparison to Guinaifen in Acheron teams is beyond ridiculous, and I'm not sure why the community even brought it up, for one simple reason: She cannot stack her passive.
@@kaka09876543210 Except Guinaifen does not help Acheron in doing more damage, whatsoever. Her Firekiss stacks only go up whenever burn damage happens, meaning she can only add Firekiss stacks in her own turn whenever the ults. This is beyond bad in Acheron teams, since she won't be able to have any impact when it comes to improving Acheron's damage. In DoT teams, this is not an issue because of Kafka. They may share the same template, but they're not comparable in every situation, and this is one of them :)
@christian751 At the moment, I use RM to help with the last few points of speed. Or DDD to make up for it, if needed. I plan to get the new 2pc set to get the last few points of speed needed. Without it, she has 171 speed.
Great vid. Have you considered making comparisons between feixiao and dr. Ratio? I feel like I've been able to clear all content with e0s0 dr ratio with the premium fua team. How do you think s0 feixiao matches up with s1 dr ratio?
Robin is the best in slot support for basically every crit dps in the game, and this includes Acheron. While she's not giving extra turns to acheron specifically in comparison to sparkle, she's giving extra turns to the rest of the team, who can apply debuffs and get acheron more ults. On top of that her personal damage is actually super relevant for finishing off enemies that survive acheron ult without having to waste a 2nd Acheron ult. Damage calcs/sheets don't really do her justice because they don't include personal damage + how she frontloads all your damage with ult action advance (reduces either your cycles used or AV used depending on the mode) As for Sparkle/Bronya, as long as Bronya is e1s1 there's not really any skill point issues, and she provides MORE turns to acheron than sparkle while also providing higher snapshot buffs. Sparkle doesn't start becoming better than bronya until you pull her eidolons, which aren't worth it because robin > sparkle. For anyone still thinking "oh i'll just pull sparkle and e2 acheron to skip jq", e2 acheron + pela + sparkle is just straight up worse than e0 acheron + jq + robin, while costing more pulls. If you want to pull eidolons to improve your team then look at getting e1 robin honestly.
I mean sure, the dmg is higher, but what about practicality? Robin isnt exactly sp positive since she cripples herself for 3 turns during her ult, not to mention her steep energy cost. And assuming JQ needs to skill either every turn or once every turn, at best, hes sp neutral, if you want to keep his ult up all the time. Acheron would prefer to skill everytime so shes sp negative for the most part. All the sp generation falls onto the sustain then, but is 1 unit really enough to keep the sp economy of the entire team in the green?
@@catontopofhooman5226 Gallagher with QPQ is enough to battery the entire team and provide enough SP assuming Sp neutral Jiao which is what you should be doing since he only has 100 energy cost. In fact Jia+Robin+GallagherQPQ is the only e0 Acheron comp that can 1 cycle the Hoolay boss which mind you has 2.7mil hp.
People keep forgetting that Robin gives Acheron a ton of stacks via advancing everyone. It's not only Acheron that can build stacks from action advance. Robin is broken. Ruan Mei and Sparkle fanclubs should put down their pom poms already

There are so many funny things like Feixiao E0S1 that comes very close to premium FUA (KW5qoDM-P60) and E0S1 Acheron with sustain 0 cycle with 0 nilihity (M3fAXm34K_w). Looks pretty busted, i think ppl slept on it hard, or didn't even know that it is a competitive thing.

I agree with you about robin x sparkle. I mean, yeah robin can do 1 cycle faster, but i prefer fuxuan+sparkle for the comfy sp usage and nice 12% c.chance from fux. And one more thing, to make robin work, she need gallagher with qpq, and firefly needs him more.
On my account at 170 speed robin doesn’t really need qpq since she can go twice before Acheron can attack once during robins downtime, so Acheron basically always has her buff. And at 3900 atk she’s still giving over 1000 atk boost.

Since myfirefly takes up my break team, i put boothill and acheron together in what i call "overkill" since boothill can dish out a lot of debuffs with his e, breaking enemy counts as a debuff cuz of the DOT, and his ult applies debuff too, giving acheron a bunch of stacks Defenitely gonna pull for lingsha so i can give her to firefly and the "overkill" team can have gallagher for even more stacks
I mean yeah all this numbers are cool and stuff. But I spent too much time maximizing my “specialized” acheron team already which is Acheron S1 + Bronya E2++S1 + Eagle Pela + trend FX E2 bronya makes acheron do twice her moves without speed boots, and eagle Pela gives bronya her SP Basically any little tweak means I have to change the whole team 😭
@@ApaYaa2nd Then don't. If you think your team already clears content easily then there's no need to go for him. That said, I believe the changes here are easy, just give Pela's artifacts to him, give him an EHR lightcone, and swap the trend's lightcone on FX for another she can find use. Up to you to decide if this is worth it. The only differences is that your Acheron will do a teensy bit more damage because of the vulnerability, but at the cost of losing def reduction, and your stack generation will be a little bit more constant, since Jiaoqiu's talent is less rng reliant compared to trends.
I'm probably going to run Sparkle/Robin situationally based on need of the other node. FF on the other node? Robin. Fei on the other node? Sparkle. Harmony in this game is so versatile that all big fours feel like "must have" or at least gives you lot of flexibility in team building.

hearing that bronya works better than sparkle is very reassuring. my current team is acheron, sw, bronya, and usually aventurine (bronya works better than pela for me because my acheron is VERY slow), and i was debating whether to replace bronya with sparkle or sw with jiaoqiu. it seems i have my answer!
Thanks for the calcs! Glad to see Pela remains the most versatile among the other options. I got Acheron in part to free up harmony characters but have been struggling with only Pela, so I'm glad Jiaoqiu will make it easier for me. Acheron will stop asking for my Robin finally. But what you said about Sparkle/Robin at E0 definitely shows the limits of pure math huh, that's interesting. On a single ult, Sparkle will probably give Acheron a bigger number. However, using Robin (everyone E0S0 since that's what I have) shaves so many cycles off a run compared to Sparkle in my experience (and my Sparkle isn't bad, 161speed on eagle). The value lies in the fact that Acheron will also just get more stacks since the rest of the team gets pushed up too. That may differ at E2 since Acheron does generate more stacks by herself, so here Sparkle could indeed be better. Can't test it out myself though (however the showcases I've seen indicate that Robin is still better to 0 cycle with a normal relics investment). Could depend on the enemy too. Bronya could be tricky to use but it seems worth it, that's interesting.
Everyone was all Sparkle + E2 Acheron I forgot Robin. I have Robin but Sparkle skipped me. Since I only have E0S1 Acheron I’m getting Jiaoqiu. And maybe E2 her when she reruns. But then I might get FeiXiao. I don’t know anymore lol

Pull waifu you want to make it not regretful. Unless you like Acheron or her gameplay I not recomend you to pull for her. Pela and Dr ratio is high tier but I refuse to use them because I not simps fo them and I don't want to use them

Will be waiting for Feixiao patch and more reviews on her release kit, but my experience tells me that Hunt is worse suited for endgame content. I think there might be some shenanigans with her speed, but still even 2-3 turns per cycle seems not enough to match mass 5 enemies attacks.
Surprised you didn't compare using e0s1 acheron (I guess that would make the video too long?) seeing how the three most common acheron questions are e0s0, e0s1 and e2s1 I'm waiting on feixiao's v3 beta to decide if I should go for her e2s1 or get jq's e0s1 (my acheron's e0s1), because right now I don't think she kills mobs/summons fast enough to match acheron's aoe clearing ability

Which is better to get between E0S0 Jiaoqiu, E2 Sparkle, or Sparkle LC? I only have enough funds for 1 of the 3. Is Jiaoqiu tailor made for Acheron? I mean is there anyone else who he will play with? Not really comfortable for me to pick a character who can be played only in one team

Could you make calculations on dotchron? I have been doing better with kafka and bs on the team than pela/sw. Or even kafka team dot vs archron teams. Since ruan mei is now only on firefly teams.
while Robin ok in Acheron team. her dmg buff is so so compared to Acheron dmg. She better be in follow up team, who can move faster and have a lot of off-turn attack. while Sparkle/Bronya is better for Acheron with lc. If u still can't stack faster, use tank with Market LC. each enemy atk count as 1 stack
Nice video, though I do have to mention a few points. 1. The damage of an Acheron team depends on A) the buffs Acheron possesses when she uses her skill or ultimate and B) how often her skill and ultimate are used per cycle. You calculated category A) pretty will but kinda totally ignored B). The buffs and the dmg multiplier derived from the buffs are just half of the picture. 2. Single Target damage is king in MoC and AS. When using a well-built Acheron team, the low-HP enemies are of no concern because they will die anyway, debuffed or not. Your clear time depends on how fast you kill that one beefy boss. Even when you have two bosses, usually one of them has a lot more HP than the other. This issue should have been mentioned to clarify how important single target damage actually is. 3. The video shows damage values for 3-Enemies and 5-Enemies. Mathematically, these are accurate but practically they are meaningless because low-HP enemies die long before that value is actually reached. So, most of that damage is actually just overkill damage. Kind of ties into point 2 above. Even in PF the team's performance isn't dependent on high AoE damage values, but instead, on how fast you can repeatedly invoke AoE attacks to clear the current wave. Which is why FuA AoE units do so well there. 4. Since you did not talk about stack generation, Trend LC wasn't a topic. Is this coming in a later video? I did a few tests in the new AC (second half of stage 12) with my Fu Xuan with Trend LC and she provided stacks roughly equivalent to JQ (2/turn). Sometimes more, sometimes less. This means that having Silver Wolf with Trend LC in your team provides a performance that is similar to what JQ will provide. Side grade, so to say. Could have been worth a mention.
Cope. Moc 2 to 5 enemies . Mobs hp pool has increased. Apocalyptic shadows has one or two boss with three or 5 side thingies. Pf always 5 . Silver wolf st buff is 60 percent. Jioaqiu single target buff is 50 percent. Silver wolf aoe is 27 . But jiaoqiu aoe is 50 percent . That's not even considered 6 acheron stacks he can provide per ultimate. His skill and basic also provides stacks. Making the damage buff double is some cases as acheron can ult many times. He is an upgrade not a sidegrade
@@nono-lq5uy Please explain your numbers. SW provides debuffs with 54% defence shred and 30% resistance shred. JQ provides debuffs with 35% vulnerability and 15% ultimate damage multiplier. If you sum it all up you will see that when considering single target damage SW provides vastly better debuffs. This leads to why she is the best in MoC and AS. In these modes, the 'side thingies' as you call them don't matter because the main boss has vastly more HP (increased HP doesn't matter). Those side thingies don't need to be debuffed because they will die anyway from Acheron's AoE or will be auto-killed when the boss dies. Which means your clear time is mainly dependent on how long you need to kill the boss. The next time you do MoC and AS do take note of the side thingies and you will see what I mean. So, the question is why do people still prefer Pela over SW then? Well, because she is free! Oh, and because of PF I guess.

Yes, this is correct and puts him ahead of the other debuffers... but Trend LC exists and this light cone also provides 6 stacks in roughly the same time as JQ. Meaning, SW + Trend LC has a similar performance to JQ with his all-in-one package. Hence, a sidegrade. The question though is who uses SW + Trend LC? Apparently not many. If you aren't using this combination then JQ is definitely an upgrade.
@@fullvoid6663 first of all for acheron sw pela galaghar . Sw have 25 percent chance to get lighting implant . Giving 20 res pen . 10 res pen is permanent tho. Right. 50 percent def shred is 35.48% dmg increase . But right now we will do 36%. If u have bad rng sw can boost dmg to 46%. If u had good rng it can go to 66%. Avg will be 56% and that's me being generous in actuality 30% res pen is only be triggered 25%. Meaning 51% dmg increase. A point in favour to sw if enemy has very high resistance. The buff she provides can go to 70% Jiaoqiu single target is 50% dmg increase.. only 1 to 6 percent behind sw. And that's beside the stacks he Provide. Trend is very rng. There will be times your preservation unit is never targeted if enemy is 1 target the chances of acheron getting 1 stack will be 25%. So hence, like u said he is an upgrade. In theory and will be in practical too
@@nono-lq5uy When you use SW you use a pure Quantum team with the exception of Acheron: Acheron, SW, Sparkle, Fu Xuan. This increases the chance to hit lightning weakness to where it is feasible. As for the Trend LC: Yes, RNG, but it is a lot better than you think. On AVERAGE it is similar to JQ's 6/ultimate. Trend LC will provide more stacks in some scenarios, less in others. People who say Trend LC is no good have never actually used Trend LC. I have used it and it is great thanks to enemy AoE in particular. Considering all this, the performance of SW+Trend LC is simply similar to that of JQ (I don't care about +/- 10%). And that is all I am saying. Those of us who have been doing MoC/AS in 1-2 cycles without JQ will still be doing MoC/AS in 1-2 cycles even with JQ.
If youre going to use Bronya she must be E1S1 (Or have RM LC) and you must use SP positive sustain like Gallagher or Aventurine and nihility like Pela or play Jiaoqiu and basic spam pretty much. Its doiable but you have micro manage your SP
I'm still unsure how much of an improvement Jiao would be for my e2s1 Acheron compared to Pela + E0S0 Sparkle + Sustain, like is it really worth it enough to pull for him over like, Sparkle eidolons?
For an E2 Acheron team, how would Robin’s build be? Like how much SPD do i need on her? I wont be able to get Jiaoqiu as well, so the team would be E2S1 Acheron, E0S0 Robin, E6 Pela, E0S0 Gepard (hopefully i can get Aventurine tho) Note: When i say E0S0, i might get their S1 as well based on how much pulls i have left. For other harmonies, i do have E1S0 Bronya. I currently have 160 pulls and 5101 stellar jades
Is this all considering Jiaoqui at a single copy without his signature lightcone? I'm just curious if he's really that cracked at E0S0 and worth pulling a single copy to replace my built E6S5 resolution Pela, or is he gonna need more investment to be worth it? I'm really wanting to get both new characters from 2.5 with possible eidolons and their lightcones, so if the damage increase on my E2S1 Acheron team is going to be negligible, I feel like I may still have to skip him to save funds for Fox Mommy and Bunny Senpai. I already know I'm gonna have to pick up extra shifts just to afford them and I just won 4 50/50s in a row for E1S1 Yunli and E0 Huohuo so my luck is gonna be absolute garbage on the next few banners.
@@kaka09876543210 Buddy Pela and SW are literally only meta in the Archeron team and any other team comp is going to benefit more from Harmony characters. That's a pretty dumb reason to pull Midqiu
same problem here. So in the table the "upgrade" from Pela to Jiaoqiu is 25% damage increase for her ultimate (if you have S5 resolution lightcone, otherwise maybe 20%), plus her ultimate will be used faster (here people say different things on how much faster). So the main problem here is that the calculations do not simulate a real fight with skillpoints, seeing if people survive, how much more damage does it result in, if ultimate is up 25% faster etc. So we have to wait for him to be released for a clearer picture, I guess and if he's worth pulling is highly dependent on what you use your pulls on otherwise. Jiaoqiu is probably around the same damage increase as pulling Acherons lightcone, but you can use him in more situations.

I had always assumed you ran ATK boots on Acheron no matter what team you ran with her. Are you meant to run Speed boots if you aren’t running an action advance Harmony?? For example for E0S0 Acheron with Pela JQ Fuxuan?
Robin works just fine, though she can be tricky to use due to her costly ult. But there's also the option of Bronya, which can do what Sparkle does just fine, leaving aside possible problems with SP management
The only two teams I have is Premium FUA team and FF team, I want to get both Feixiao and Lingsha (she will be my second limited sustain). I’m debating on whether I should get Acheron or skip her and wait for the next broken dps? Because the only Nihility I have is unbuilt Pela so should I also pull Jiaoqiu? Idk if I should skip her or not, I have 110 Pulls and 50 Pity no guarantee. Started playing during aventurine banner.
Acheron still good even with unbuilt nihility support or even no nihility. Just don't expect a busted damage. My consideration for pulling is do you like her gameplay or her character? If you pull for meta, her team are flexibles. You can just slap her with leftover team.

As a new player, who is waiting for Acheron rerun - should I just grab jiaoqiu and pela, or should I grab Sparkle also? Kinda struggling with Sparkle value for me - If I plan to run E0S1 Acheron + Jiaoqiu + Pela, adding Sparkle instead of Pela wont provide me with a big boost - and since I'm not planning to pull imbibitor or ratio, sparkle value is questionable for my account? Or am i wrong, and in some cases Sparkle could be a big upgrade vs Pela at E0S1 Acheron?
If you plan on keeping Acheron on E0, then Jiaoqiu is a very good pull paired with Pela. They make Acheron perform as efficiently as if she was E2 and had Sparkle as her teammate. Think of Jiaoqiu as the cheapest and biggest improvement if your Acheron has no eidolons
As the issue with support, Robin would be better at most situation.. But I just like Sparkle better for my e2 Acheron 😂 Since she is sp positive and can get sp cashback on her Ulti.. With JQ around spamming skills without any issue.. Maybe I could even slot in Sparkle & Bronya if I'm going to 0 cycle for Acheron..

So, I prefarmed everything for Jiaoqiu, good pieces, materials, bosss, etc , but I love Feixiao, I was convinced that I was going to go straight to Feixiao E2 S1 and skip Jiaoqiu after this video, you really sold me Jiaoqiu, I have Acheron E2S1, Sparkle S1, I use that team with Pela E6 and Fu Xuan E1 as sustain, I have 290 tickets, should I pull for Jiaoqiu E0S1 and hope I’m lucky enough to get Feixiao E2 S1? haha
@@kakashi5435 Shouldn't be that much different than if Acheron was E0, just that Acheron will get one extra stack when it's her turn. At this point you are better of swapping Pela with a harmony
With Jiaoqiu, it is currently, specially if you'd rather invest horizontally across your account. If you TRULY love Acheron a lot, then hyper investing in her like that can be acceptable, but it's not needed to clear content and it never was
If u want the best Acheron team and see an improvement pull Jiaogoat. However, if u feel like you're already one shotting the whole content (which u probably are) and you don't care about getting an upgrade as it doesn't feel necessary and you want to try a new dps with a different yet similar playstyle then pull Feixiao

Hey, i love your analysis about jq and Acheron, but i wanted to add something else: (Disclaimer, needs Bronya E2S1) We know that Bronya is the "best harmony" for Acheron E2 with JQ but it can be difficult to manage SP with JQ rotation and if you sustain need some SP (like Fu Xuan for example) and the E1S1 Bronya can help a little but surely not enough unless if you can 0 cycles or 1 cycles MOC for example. But with an E2S1 Bronya, she can give to Acheron a 30% speed boost to Acheron, so the SP management become much more esay due to the fact that if you speed tune your Acheron a little bit (like having 105 speed with a 134 speed Bronya) she can have a turned, then bronya give her a second turn. You can BA with Acheron on the turn without the boost from Bronya, then skill when Bronya buff her Personally it is what I used, and with Pela I can used every turn the skill with Acheron, and it worked well !
I know not everybody have a E2+ Bronya, but with the time more people will have her with Eidolons, so maybe one day it can be the "best team" for Acheron E2, or at least for the moment, because even if you need to use BA 1/2 of the time, the fact that you can have 4 turn in a cycle is powerful !

No one talks about it because it doesn't work. The only times "Welt sustain" is used are in 0 cycle or 1 cycle clears - which don't even need a sustain most of the time. "Sustain" Welt is simply a fraud. Might as well play "Ruan Mei sustain" if you want to go that far.

Since this calculation is purely for Acheron's ultimate damage, these numbers make sense. However in practice you will find out that Jiaoqiu + Robin has the best performance for both E0 and E2 Acheron, there is so much of Robin's kit that is not factored in these calculations.

We can't run Jiaoqui with the Resolution Lightcone because of the EHR requirements, so his final damage amp will be only 10-15% difference from Pela....
His Sig and incessant would give more damage amp than Resolution anyway, and they both have EHR.

I'll add that a friend of mine did some calculations between Sparkle and Bronya recently, using my Acheron for reference, and he too came to the conclusion that Bronya grants superior results. As for skill points, I use a 180 speed Bronya on my Acheron team, so SPs are not an issue in the slightest. As for Robin, I have been using Robin on the Acheron team as well, and she's incredibly effective. I do have E2S1 Acheron (I am F2P, I just saved a lot :) ), so I can, and do, use double harmony. I will pull JQ despite, for some reason, people seemingly underestimate his massive vulnerability debuff that is AoE and has a permanent up-time, which is unique for Nihility units, as well as Nihility units granting more benefits when it comes to damage for Acheron than Harmony units due to the simple fact that Acheron herself already has high ATK, high CD, high damage bonus, and some RES PEN, although that's obviously not all that they do. Still, I see the additional stacks JQ provides as just a bonus in my personal view. Lastly, the comparison to Guinaifen in Acheron teams is beyond ridiculous, and I'm not sure why the community even brought it up, for one simple reason: She cannot stack her passive.
Little Gui is fire nihility and JQ is fire nihility. Clearly JQ is five star alternatives to guinafen.

Her Firekiss stacks only go up whenever burn damage happens, meaning she can only add Firekiss stacks in her own turn whenever the ults. This is beyond bad in Acheron teams, since she won't be able to have any impact when it comes to improving Acheron's damage. In DoT teams, this is not an issue because of Kafka. They may share the same template, but they're not comparable in every situation, and this is one of them :)

@christian751 At the moment, I use RM to help with the last few points of speed. Or DDD to make up for it, if needed. I plan to get the new 2pc set to get the last few points of speed needed. Without it, she has 171 speed.

Robin is the best in slot support for basically every crit dps in the game, and this includes Acheron.
While she's not giving extra turns to acheron specifically in comparison to sparkle, she's giving extra turns to the rest of the team, who can apply debuffs and get acheron more ults.
On top of that her personal damage is actually super relevant for finishing off enemies that survive acheron ult without having to waste a 2nd Acheron ult.
Damage calcs/sheets don't really do her justice because they don't include personal damage + how she frontloads all your damage with ult action advance (reduces either your cycles used or AV used depending on the mode)
As for Sparkle/Bronya, as long as Bronya is e1s1 there's not really any skill point issues, and she provides MORE turns to acheron than sparkle while also providing higher snapshot buffs. Sparkle doesn't start becoming better than bronya until you pull her eidolons, which aren't worth it because robin > sparkle.
For anyone still thinking "oh i'll just pull sparkle and e2 acheron to skip jq", e2 acheron + pela + sparkle is just straight up worse than e0 acheron + jq + robin, while costing more pulls. If you want to pull eidolons to improve your team then look at getting e1 robin honestly.

I mean sure, the dmg is higher, but what about practicality? Robin isnt exactly sp positive since she cripples herself for 3 turns during her ult, not to mention her steep energy cost. And assuming JQ needs to skill either every turn or once every turn, at best, hes sp neutral, if you want to keep his ult up all the time. Acheron would prefer to skill everytime so shes sp negative for the most part. All the sp generation falls onto the sustain then, but is 1 unit really enough to keep the sp economy of the entire team in the green?
@@catontopofhooman5226 Gallagher with QPQ is enough to battery the entire team and provide enough SP assuming Sp neutral Jiao which is what you should be doing since he only has 100 energy cost. In fact Jia+Robin+GallagherQPQ is the only e0 Acheron comp that can 1 cycle the Hoolay boss which mind you has 2.7mil hp.

There are so many funny things like Feixiao E0S1 that comes very close to premium FUA (KW5qoDM-P60) and E0S1 Acheron with sustain 0 cycle with 0 nilihity (M3fAXm34K_w). Looks pretty busted, i think ppl slept on it hard, or didn't even know that it is a competitive thing.

I agree with you about robin x sparkle. I mean, yeah robin can do 1 cycle faster, but i prefer fuxuan+sparkle for the comfy sp usage and nice 12% c.chance from fux.
And one more thing, to make robin work, she need gallagher with qpq, and firefly needs him more.
On my account at 170 speed robin doesn’t really need qpq since she can go twice before Acheron can attack once during robins downtime, so Acheron basically always has her buff. And at 3900 atk she’s still giving over 1000 atk boost.

Since myfirefly takes up my break team, i put boothill and acheron together in what i call "overkill" since boothill can dish out a lot of debuffs with his e, breaking enemy counts as a debuff cuz of the DOT, and his ult applies debuff too, giving acheron a bunch of stacks
Defenitely gonna pull for lingsha so i can give her to firefly and the "overkill" team can have gallagher for even more stacks

That said, I believe the changes here are easy, just give Pela's artifacts to him, give him an EHR lightcone, and swap the trend's lightcone on FX for another she can find use.
Up to you to decide if this is worth it. The only differences is that your Acheron will do a teensy bit more damage because of the vulnerability, but at the cost of losing def reduction, and your stack generation will be a little bit more constant, since Jiaoqiu's talent is less rng reliant compared to trends.
I'm probably going to run Sparkle/Robin situationally based on need of the other node. FF on the other node? Robin. Fei on the other node? Sparkle. Harmony in this game is so versatile that all big fours feel like "must have" or at least gives you lot of flexibility in team building.

Thanks for the calcs! Glad to see Pela remains the most versatile among the other options. I got Acheron in part to free up harmony characters but have been struggling with only Pela, so I'm glad Jiaoqiu will make it easier for me. Acheron will stop asking for my Robin finally.
But what you said about Sparkle/Robin at E0 definitely shows the limits of pure math huh, that's interesting. On a single ult, Sparkle will probably give Acheron a bigger number. However, using Robin (everyone E0S0 since that's what I have) shaves so many cycles off a run compared to Sparkle in my experience (and my Sparkle isn't bad, 161speed on eagle). The value lies in the fact that Acheron will also just get more stacks since the rest of the team gets pushed up too. That may differ at E2 since Acheron does generate more stacks by herself, so here Sparkle could indeed be better. Can't test it out myself though (however the showcases I've seen indicate that Robin is still better to 0 cycle with a normal relics investment). Could depend on the enemy too.
Bronya could be tricky to use but it seems worth it, that's interesting.

Will be waiting for Feixiao patch and more reviews on her release kit, but my experience tells me that Hunt is worse suited for endgame content. I think there might be some shenanigans with her speed, but still even 2-3 turns per cycle seems not enough to match mass 5 enemies attacks.

I think JQ makes the Sparkle comp better. But you can try Atk boots Jq+Pela because Acheron gets enough stacks from JQ and Pela even with Atk boots.

Could you make calculations on dotchron? I have been doing better with kafka and bs on the team than pela/sw. Or even kafka team dot vs archron teams. Since ruan mei is now only on firefly teams.

Nice video, though I do have to mention a few points.
1. The damage of an Acheron team depends on A) the buffs Acheron possesses when she uses her skill or ultimate and B) how often her skill and ultimate are used per cycle. You calculated category A) pretty will but kinda totally ignored B). The buffs and the dmg multiplier derived from the buffs are just half of the picture.
2. Single Target damage is king in MoC and AS. When using a well-built Acheron team, the low-HP enemies are of no concern because they will die anyway, debuffed or not. Your clear time depends on how fast you kill that one beefy boss. Even when you have two bosses, usually one of them has a lot more HP than the other. This issue should have been mentioned to clarify how important single target damage actually is.
3. The video shows damage values for 3-Enemies and 5-Enemies. Mathematically, these are accurate but practically they are meaningless because low-HP enemies die long before that value is actually reached. So, most of that damage is actually just overkill damage. Kind of ties into point 2 above. Even in PF the team's performance isn't dependent on high AoE damage values, but instead, on how fast you can repeatedly invoke AoE attacks to clear the current wave. Which is why FuA AoE units do so well there.
4. Since you did not talk about stack generation, Trend LC wasn't a topic. Is this coming in a later video? I did a few tests in the new AC (second half of stage 12) with my Fu Xuan with Trend LC and she provided stacks roughly equivalent to JQ (2/turn). Sometimes more, sometimes less. This means that having Silver Wolf with Trend LC in your team provides a performance that is similar to what JQ will provide. Side grade, so to say. Could have been worth a mention.

But jiaoqiu aoe is 50 percent . That's not even considered 6 acheron stacks he can provide per ultimate. His skill and basic also provides stacks. Making the damage buff double is some cases as acheron can ult many times.

@@nono-lq5uy Please explain your numbers. SW provides debuffs with 54% defence shred and 30% resistance shred. JQ provides debuffs with 35% vulnerability and 15% ultimate damage multiplier. If you sum it all up you will see that when considering single target damage SW provides vastly better debuffs. This leads to why she is the best in MoC and AS. In these modes, the 'side thingies' as you call them don't matter because the main boss has vastly more HP (increased HP doesn't matter). Those side thingies don't need to be debuffed because they will die anyway from Acheron's AoE or will be auto-killed when the boss dies. Which means your clear time is mainly dependent on how long you need to kill the boss. The next time you do MoC and AS do take note of the side thingies and you will see what I mean. So, the question is why do people still prefer Pela over SW then? Well, because she is free! Oh, and because of PF I guess.

Yes, this is correct and puts him ahead of the other debuffers... but Trend LC exists and this light cone also provides 6 stacks in roughly the same time as JQ. Meaning, SW + Trend LC has a similar performance to JQ with his all-in-one package. Hence, a sidegrade. The question though is who uses SW + Trend LC? Apparently not many. If you aren't using this combination then JQ is definitely an upgrade.

50 percent def shred is 35.48% dmg increase . But right now we will do 36%.
If u have bad rng sw can boost dmg to 46%.
If u had good rng it can go to 66%.
Avg will be 56% and that's me being generous in actuality 30% res pen is only be triggered 25%. Meaning 51% dmg increase.
A point in favour to sw if enemy has very high resistance. The buff she provides can go to 70%
Jiaoqiu single target is 50% dmg increase.. only 1 to 6 percent behind sw. And that's beside the stacks he Provide. Trend is very rng. There will be times your preservation unit is never targeted if enemy is 1 target the chances of acheron getting 1 stack will be 25%.
So hence, like u said he is an upgrade. In theory and will be in practical too
@@nono-lq5uy When you use SW you use a pure Quantum team with the exception of Acheron: Acheron, SW, Sparkle, Fu Xuan. This increases the chance to hit lightning weakness to where it is feasible. As for the Trend LC: Yes, RNG, but it is a lot better than you think. On AVERAGE it is similar to JQ's 6/ultimate. Trend LC will provide more stacks in some scenarios, less in others. People who say Trend LC is no good have never actually used Trend LC. I have used it and it is great thanks to enemy AoE in particular. Considering all this, the performance of SW+Trend LC is simply similar to that of JQ (I don't care about +/- 10%). And that is all I am saying. Those of us who have been doing MoC/AS in 1-2 cycles without JQ will still be doing MoC/AS in 1-2 cycles even with JQ.
Just a little nitpick but the 'q' in Jiaoqiu is pronounced as a ch sound instead of a k sound.

I know you mentioned that Bronya wasn't as good for the skill points but she is E3S1 for me, so would Bronya be fine to use?
If youre going to use Bronya she must be E1S1 (Or have RM LC) and you must use SP positive sustain like Gallagher or Aventurine and nihility like Pela or play Jiaoqiu and basic spam pretty much. Its doiable but you have micro manage your SP

I'm just curious if he's really that cracked at E0S0 and worth pulling a single copy to replace my built E6S5 resolution Pela, or is he gonna need more investment to be worth it? I'm really wanting to get both new characters from 2.5 with possible eidolons and their lightcones, so if the damage increase on my E2S1 Acheron team is going to be negligible, I feel like I may still have to skip him to save funds for Fox Mommy and Bunny Senpai. I already know I'm gonna have to pick up extra shifts just to afford them and I just won 4 50/50s in a row for E1S1 Yunli and E0 Huohuo so my luck is gonna be absolute garbage on the next few banners.

JQ worth pulling because he freeing Pela or SW from your Acheron team to other team.

same problem here. So in the table the "upgrade" from Pela to Jiaoqiu is 25% damage increase for her ultimate (if you have S5 resolution lightcone, otherwise maybe 20%), plus her ultimate will be used faster (here people say different things on how much faster). So the main problem here is that the calculations do not simulate a real fight with skillpoints, seeing if people survive, how much more damage does it result in, if ultimate is up 25% faster etc. So we have to wait for him to be released for a clearer picture, I guess and if he's worth pulling is highly dependent on what you use your pulls on otherwise. Jiaoqiu is probably around the same damage increase as pulling Acherons lightcone, but you can use him in more situations.

I had always assumed you ran ATK boots on Acheron no matter what team you ran with her. Are you meant to run Speed boots if you aren’t running an action advance Harmony?? For example for E0S0 Acheron with Pela JQ Fuxuan?

Robin works just fine, though she can be tricky to use due to her costly ult. But there's also the option of Bronya, which can do what Sparkle does just fine, leaving aside possible problems with SP management
If u get JQ robin is acherons BiS support. If you dont then sparkle is better.
The only two teams I have is Premium FUA team and FF team, I want to get both Feixiao and Lingsha (she will be my second limited sustain). I’m debating on whether I should get Acheron or skip her and wait for the next broken dps? Because the only Nihility I have is unbuilt Pela so should I also pull Jiaoqiu? Idk if I should skip her or not, I have 110 Pulls and 50 Pity no guarantee. Started playing during aventurine banner.
Acheron still good even with unbuilt nihility support or even no nihility. Just don't expect a busted damage. My consideration for pulling is do you like her gameplay or her character? If you pull for meta, her team are flexibles. You can just slap her with leftover team.
If you are not simps for Acheron gameplay or character then wait for new broken DPS.

As a new player, who is waiting for Acheron rerun - should I just grab jiaoqiu and pela, or should I grab Sparkle also? Kinda struggling with Sparkle value for me - If I plan to run E0S1 Acheron + Jiaoqiu + Pela, adding Sparkle instead of Pela wont provide me with a big boost - and since I'm not planning to pull imbibitor or ratio, sparkle value is questionable for my account? Or am i wrong, and in some cases Sparkle could be a big upgrade vs Pela at E0S1 Acheron?
If you plan on keeping Acheron on E0, then Jiaoqiu is a very good pull paired with Pela. They make Acheron perform as efficiently as if she was E2 and had Sparkle as her teammate. Think of Jiaoqiu as the cheapest and biggest improvement if your Acheron has no eidolons

So, I prefarmed everything for Jiaoqiu, good pieces, materials, bosss, etc , but I love Feixiao, I was convinced that I was going to go straight to Feixiao E2 S1 and skip Jiaoqiu after this video, you really sold me Jiaoqiu, I have Acheron E2S1, Sparkle S1, I use that team with Pela E6 and Fu Xuan E1 as sustain, I have 290 tickets, should I pull for Jiaoqiu E0S1 and hope I’m lucky enough to get Feixiao E2 S1? haha
If you have E2 JQ is not must pull. He is nice to have to free other character slot. If you need DPS take fe Xiao.

However, if u feel like you're already one shotting the whole content (which u probably are) and you don't care about getting an upgrade as it doesn't feel necessary and you want to try a new dps with a different yet similar playstyle then pull Feixiao

Hey, i love your analysis about jq and Acheron, but i wanted to add something else: (Disclaimer, needs Bronya E2S1)
We know that Bronya is the "best harmony" for Acheron E2 with JQ but it can be difficult to manage SP with JQ rotation and if you sustain need some SP (like Fu Xuan for example) and the E1S1 Bronya can help a little but surely not enough unless if you can 0 cycles or 1 cycles MOC for example. But with an E2S1 Bronya, she can give to Acheron a 30% speed boost to Acheron, so the SP management become much more esay due to the fact that if you speed tune your Acheron a little bit (like having 105 speed with a 134 speed Bronya) she can have a turned, then bronya give her a second turn. You can BA with Acheron on the turn without the boost from Bronya, then skill when Bronya buff her
Personally it is what I used, and with Pela I can used every turn the skill with Acheron, and it worked well !
I know not everybody have a E2+ Bronya, but with the time more people will have her with Eidolons, so maybe one day it can be the "best team" for Acheron E2, or at least for the moment, because even if you need to use BA 1/2 of the time, the fact that you can have 4 turn in a cycle is powerful !

What about welt sustain
No one talks about it because it doesn't work. The only times "Welt sustain" is used are in 0 cycle or 1 cycle clears - which don't even need a sustain most of the time. "Sustain" Welt is simply a fraud. Might as well play "Ruan Mei sustain" if you want to go that far.
