Safety professional a single person cannot do this all alone.he need consultation with top most person in the organization, management representative and manager, other staff, worker representative.
Can you explain briefly how to do this ,
How to write this all the things and how to implement in the organisation

2.writing the risk assessment
3.writing the hse manual, hse plan
,hse procedures

Its a specialized subject. Usually in a refinery or gas plant they change molsieve once in few years, it is pyrophoric and will easily catch fire once comes to atmosphere. They use nitrogen, inert atmosphere to take it out
