If Terra will have relaxing and rewarding fishing without stupid minigames to catch every fish I will buy it and probably spend tons of hours just sitting at the lake and FISHING the heck out of it! Mark my words:) Good luck with development, cant wait to see more of progress!
I think it would be awesome if Ask would have a face like that 0:46 (this look would be great for an idle animation, the character thinks what to do next) with animations and different expressions. Expressions would add mor personality and soul to the game. Also, it would be better if Ask would not be alone ... he could have a girlfriend. The player could be able to switch between them. For example Ask goes in the north to collect apples, she goes to the west to find some eggs. The player could play the game that both didn't see each others for days, weeks or even months. lol

Big improvement! If you ever decide to add faces to the game you should look into 2D faces :) Its what were using in our game and it works really well.
In blender you can use "shape keys" and then from there in ue you can change those values to blend between different facial expressions from 0 - 1. Like tweening
Bit of a nitpick I'm a fan of low-poly I even plan to make a game somewhat like that but not too robloxy, if u know Synty Studios from the asset store unity, that's what I mean. Even Roblox started to adapt the not so blockish characters. It would just be a missed opportunity not using a bit more rounded head, could have more non-uncanny-valley facial expressions, unless you want to do Kotte Animations like facial expressions, then go for it.

You should try a 2d face rig! Very simple and if you know how to draw a bit you can make it look awesome! Also the rig is very easy to make.
