I purchased this speaker box a few months ago. I like the sound and the deep bass mode. It makes the sound good for all types of music. The light features are also really kool for the overall price. Nice review!

Would this compare volume wise to say a JBL partybox 110 or 310? And is the sound quality as good in your opinion?

You guys should check sharp ps 920, almost half the price, but double the clarity and bass. I've bought the gemini gls 880 and i dissapointed because i was expecting to buy speaker with superior quality compared to my existing speaker (sharp ps 920), but i was wrong. and i dont want you guys to be like me. Save your money to buy sharp ps 920, or buy JBL all the way if you want quality.

Over all Maybe better Sound, Bass, and features but not waterproof. Still love that splash box. that's one tough speaker.

JBL is twice as Loud, But also 4x the price at $800
