Try looking at the hole rather than the ball. Do it on the practice green. I used it during my play for a few years and it sorted my distance control out.
I do a drill on the practice green where I put down an alignment stick about 8 to 10 paces below the hole. I put a tee about 18 inches on the top side of the hole. Then I try to get 100 putts in the hole or between the hole and the tee. The alignment rod takes direction out so I can completely focus on speed. If you leave it short, you must march up and retrieve the ball in a walk of shame. With this method, I shot my round of the year with two birdies and an eagle. You may also want to get putter fit. I did a few years ago and my perfect loft is -1 degrees, no the standard 3 degrees.
Great lesson Sophie most grateful. Always love your videos keep them coming.
Great instruction!
Went to the claw grip two fingers on top and two fingers on bck of grip unbelievable difference
Wow, I never realised how many grips for putting there is. I have a bigger issue with distance control. Always short

What about the Hail Mary of putter grips: the Broomstick? 🤣
