This simple video, We will visit Thian Hock Keng Temple on the 8th day of Chinese New Year, at night to pray to Jade Emperor as it was Jade Emperor's Birthday on the 9th day of CNY (正月初九). Praying Tian Gong (拜天公) is a Hokkien Chinese tradition that pass down from ancient time.. The praying is done on the 8th day of CNY night till 9th Day. as I was not feeling very well, so I never stay till late night where the temple will have a ceremony for the Taoist praying. Hope you all like this short simple video.

I like the peaceful music in the background. This place is full of memories . My parents used to bring me to this temple near the exam period when I was young. My mum said 拜孔子、千里眼、顺风耳，can help me get good results in my studies. It’s been a long time I have not been to this temple.
