- EDF VasyFan VF-570mm, 145kg (1421 Newtons) thrust.
The motor is designed specifically for this EDF with matched loading under a large RPM range. It runs at 400v making it one of the most efficient system.
This approach allows usage in large scale projects.

Absolutely amazing. Huge market potential for this.
I hope we see these in electric airplanes in the not too distant future
FINALLY! This is what I have been waiting for in years!! What’s the overall weight for the entire setup
Thanks! This in question and about 29 kg.
@@VasyFan thanks!
@@VasyFan very promising
@@VasyFan only bms, batteries and ESC? Please detail it
Y cual seria el precio y en donde lo puedo conseguir? , gracias
Damn..it was pushing around 80,000watts per that readout
Amazing 🤩
LTT sent me here
Combine this fan with a high efficiency engine like the ROTAX 912 ULS/S, and it can may be useful as a useful powerplant for high speed larger drones, or a single person small/fast aircraft of some kind.
Awsome just saw the smaller one over at ltt! What is the purpose of these fans?
Propulsion for drones or swamp boats since this one has 136hp already...
Take my money !
We have already replied to your email.
ok im too poor to make this. but there is a gyroplane that is counter balanced without weights, by mechanical design - structurally, you can position yourself - sitting in front of the fan, but have your weight balanced by attaching behind the fan. this would be quite unique, imagine vtol take off and very short wings for normal flight at high speed - maybe, someone try it out please
i am in the process of building an e jetpack
Those go for my Horten Ho-229
Looking forward to working with you on our counter rotating concept.

What is the rpm limit of the fan?
And thanks for replying all my comments 😁
About 6000 RPM
And the thrust??
couple of these and make a one manned electric A-10 warthog
You have at 7000 rpm around 2300N via CFD, this is what eVTOL market is looking for around 230kg of thrust, but the RPM is very high, maybe this can be reduced to 4500 RPM and the size of the EDF increased to 800mm, do you think this is a feasible solution: 800mm EDF, 4500 RPM, power max around 70kw (same as in your run) ?
To achieve this stated kw force I believe a 900mm diameter EDF would be required. We can also design and manufacture an EDF as you mentioned, but to make it we need a minimum number of units!
Do you have any motors that can spin at the 18000 rpm limit of your fans?
That motor with 18.000rpm and applied to EDF 250mm.
72 kwt !!!
new 4090 cooler ?
I don t understand your question..
Can you do coaxial?
They actually need to make this improvement for safety.
Ok so.... THIS plus the 500Wh/kg CATL Condensed Lithium battery ..... gottamn
Hello… hi vasyfan, i would like to order 4 units is it possible ?
I want to buy how much thrust does it and How is its quality and is there a warranty after sales or services?❤
Thanks for your message.
We have everything you need.

Very nice EDF, what was the RPM at the 1421 N of thrust? You are at around 2kg/kw which is nice, do you think that 4kg/kw is possible with a bigger EDF?
Thank you. The fan runs at 5200 rpm to get that thrust.
Yes, with a larger diameter, the efficiency increase.
@@VasyFan Amazing, 5200 RPM will give you only 155 m/s as tips speed, which is too small, Amazing with only 155m/s tips speed you have 1400+N of thrust, imagine going to 7000 RPM !
@@ettrike In fact we kept the revs low for this very reason
@@VasyFan I think you can reach 2000N of thrust at 7000 RPM
@@ettrike The CFD test shows that at 7000 rpm it can reach over 2300N thrust.
How long does it last on 100% throttle?
100 % throttle can work for about 5 / 10 min.
😲😲😲😲😲🧐🧐😎🔥🔥🔥🔥
What's the diameter?
Thanks 570mm fan diameter.
Thanks man
How many decibels of noise does it produce at full power?
About 95 DB the sound.
@@VasyFan Please consider adding sound damping material within the duct to make it quieter.
I want to know whether the thrust of a fan depends on its rpm or torque 😁
Can you rephrase? to me seems quite logic that it depends on the RPM and torque.
@@iulian207 I want to know if the thrust of a fan has anything to do with the torque of the motor spinning it
@@kwasiadu-amankwah7578 The more thrust you want the more torque you need.
Can lift some 300 kilograms? How many engines need for that weight??
You need at least 3 engines. But it depends on the application and usage time!
@@VasyFan and the energy comsuption? I mean need a battery pack size big or médium??
Thanks for your help!!
I must say, your thrust efficacy is 0.49KW/Kg while little guy on the link (EPF Hobby Mercury II) does 23KG@13KW or 0.56KW/Kg, big engine is always more efficient! Good job, how much are you going to charge ($$) for your system?@@VasyFan
