How does the fact the house price is high relate to not being a serious seller? The house is amazing, it has a unique natural feature in that it effectively is blessed with a private beach and the house occupies a large plot on the water where open land would list at over 200usd per square foot. When one takes in these factors the house is not a terrible price if a buyer wants a unique home that could not be built for the selling price.

The house is listed at 40 but they will listen to offers and accept they will listen to offers

I can never understand how an estate like this could be so close to the sea, have it's own private beach but not have it's own Dock (s), it Boat Lifts

The price is ridiculous, besides needing maintenance all over the place. Waste of time, not a serious seller at all.
