Drinking trends change as well. I remember when mixed drinks with Absolut Vanilla Vodka, Appletinis, and Strawberry Daiquiris were all the rage.
People still drink these but they aren't as trendy as they once were.

I have friends who own a small boutique winery and was a major pain in the ass to ship wine interstate. They stopped shipping out of Cali a few years ago..and some states don't allow off site sales at all. She obviously did zero research. What a bufoon.
