Run everyday August Challenge with Alzheimer’s Research UK

So for the third year running (pun intended) I've now completed 5K EVERYDAY for 31 days raising over £250 for Alzheimer’s Research UK. To think I wasn't going to attempt it this year, thank you Parkrun for planted the seed into my head via email
It was great,not only from the fitness side of things but to get out and capture great video and photo's along the way, exploring and finding new paths in and around my small home town of Devizes... don't get me wrong it was an absolute challenge to say the least but totally worth it! (copied from 2018, still relevant)
Thanks to any of you that manage to watch this video in full (You guys will notice some little fun clips, lol)... that is amazing apprectiation for my efforts, also a high five to everyone along my small journey who waved, beeped etc, such little things like that can have a massive impact on what is going on in someones life.
More importantly those that Donated to keep me running and support a great cause.
