In my first chapter 1 playthrough, it took me AGES to beat him,mostly because I was unprepared.
On my second playthrough, I beat in three attempts.

Deltarune chapter 1 was the first time i actually played an undertale game, so it was really tuff for me at first. Then i played undertale and defeat sans which was obviously hard. But when chapter 2 came out i did spamton on my first try with very little difficulty which was a little bit dissapointing

Jevil is easy when you try to spare him, but omg is he difficult if your try to kill him.

You can heal and lower his defense with propper piruettes, if anything is faster

I do. I’ve bean playing deltarune and undertale for months now and have not beaten sans, Jevil or spamton Neo (snowgrave and pacifist) once.
I know practice makes perfect but I’ve never had the time to practice.

it took me like 40 attempts to beat him.(only after getting the most powerful weapons,armor and food plus having google slide of every attack so i could mentally prepare for them.then dieing for like 10 more attempts atleast)

try doing it while your game files are edited to give all your party members 10 HP. (would suggest 1 hp but that just makes them instantly revive)

nahhh ima gradually make this harder, like next im going to try with no items (only ralsei's heal) maybe no armor/ just basic weapons? beacuse 10 hp is basically just trying to no hit jevil

(ive died like once to spamton then i kept getting him to 1% hp and 98% mercy its so easy. Jevil? it still takes me a good five attemps to kill it without using something like the full cake)

I think. For me even Weird route Spamton NEO way easier. Yes, I can beat him first try, but I dont even want to think about no hiting him (I no hit all deltarune bosses... except Jevil...). If you think he's easy, try to beat the game without healing items. You will get stuck on Jevil, but not on any other boss. If he's not difficult, then Deltarune doesn't have any difficult bosses at all. He on the same level as the Undyne Undying. I mean, seriously, easier than Sans ≠ easy
