Life without the possibility of parole. This man is clearly unhinged and will always be a danger to the public
This is Australia ,, a young man only got 30 years for killing his co-worker.. He won't get life because he was a police officer ..
There is no life without parole over here. Maybe for serial killers.
he will get 2x 25 years. so basically life @@tmcurly
@tmcurly it's not as common in Australia, but it does occur for serious cases.
Roger Rogerson does come to mind. He was convicted of killing two people (along with a string of other offences) and received life without parole.. he was also a former police officer.
@@thedudebro168 Katherine Knight was also sentenced in 2001 for life without parole
He is a coward, handing himself in yet not allowing the parents and friends to be giving their sons dignity immediately!
RIP guys, you are eternally together now and no coward can do anything about that!
He didn’t hand himself in to confess, he handed himself in, because he was all over the TV as a manhunt. He first went into the police station. He didn’t realise the multitude of evidence against him. He tried to make out that Luke was responsible.
@@KBB-nf1drhow?
@@KBB-nf1dr His brain must have been running overtime. 💭 'if their bodies are not found, I might be able to escape this' + 'will the bullet casings at the Paddington terrace lead to a police firearm' + 'what were his alibis' + 'how does he describe his relationship with Jesse' + 'did I leave any DNA or incriminating evidence behind at the terrace' + 'the great unknown - CCTV & dashcam footage - what will they show?'. Your comment here was really interesting. Yes, he would have checked news reports. Also, I imagine his family, friends and investigating police would all have attempted to speak with him, see him, or message him.
@@ChickityChickenAppears to be one of those “he’s the one” moments, at least for Jesse.
He didn't hand himself in . The girl he took to the property and left at the gate got suspicious because he had purchesed items that seemed odd. She informed the Police.
Give me a break I worked in hospitals and no way did that killer remove those dead bodies up into a van on his own. Dead people are extremely heavy.
Never to be released! Being a police officer and using police ammunition is a circumstance of aggravation. Police and military ammunition is restricted for a reason and that reason relates to the probability of lethality.
How shocking is this.
I hope this bad man gets life in prison he will always be a danger to the community.
To the families of Jessie Baird and Luke Davies, I am sorry for the loss of their sons/brothers.
the mother knew his son was being stalked and he even told her if anything happens it was the police officer and STILL, they had to die?? wow! just wow! what a sad story, this could have been prevented
Stalking cases are underreported for fear of retaliation by the perpetrator as police can’t do much about it other than a warning or restriction order which isn’t much help tbh. I imagine it must be even more frightening when the stalker is a cop.
@@eveFlower101 true but shouldn't there be consequences BECAUSE he is a cop who engages in stalking?
There should be a policy where dropped triple 0 calls are always checked out.
I did read there was a police car sent out, the location of the call did not specify the house address, the police just did a drive around the area cellular area.
Sickening. They should have taken Jesse’s mothers call seriously. He was a serial stalker!
The call from Jesse's mother about the stalker was 2 days after the killings.
This is horrible. He's a police officer who swore to protect and defend the citizens of this State. I hope our judicial system does its job properly and gives him 2x life sentences, no parole. My heart goes out to the families and loved ones of the victims.
Being a cop he will serve any sentence in protection away from other inmates anyway.
I bet they find a way for him to get off. Or he will get a minimal sentence 😢
@user-sb3ks2lr8f Already hints defence will play the mental illness card (as is usual these days).
Personal opinion ahead.
The important thing here is not whether the police participate or not in that festival. What matters is that the police improve their rules regarding weapons and that if there is a report of domestic abuse the police take it seriously from now on without expecting fatalities. We don't know why J didn't report the perpetrator, perhaps out of fear that he was a police officer and they weren't going to do anything about it. Gay or heteroxexual should be taken seriously when telling the police that someone is harassing him/her.
Rest in peace gorgeous boys.
Police shouldn’t march in the Mardi Grai
So many details in this report are incorrect, the clothes weren’t found in the skip bin in Cronulla on Tuesday. They were found on Wednesday.
Luke Davies had already been reported missing on Tuesday. If you’re going to do a timeline of the events, don’t bother if you’re not gonna be accurate.
💯 what else would you expect from the Aussie media? 🤷♂️
@KBB-nf1dr I wonder whether the accused was relying on that skip bin just having more waste dropped into it. And ultimately it being collected and emptied at a waste site. SO interesting that the user DID look inside the skip. And was curious enough to pull out the unexpected personal items. And then to contact police. Quite the 'sliding door' moment.
@@comealongcomealong4480I didn’t see it reported the belongings were pulled out of the bin. They may have been relatively easy to see if he threw them in there haphazardly. He did drive all the way to Cronulla and had more to do in hiring a van, getting back to Jesses place etc. He drove all around the countryside!
Police need to explain how this senior constable police officer was able to bypass the strict security guidelines to take a firearm home. You're not discussing this matter. Take responsibility.
@joogie1849 The accused Constable would have known the circumstances when this WAS permitted. NSW Police have mentioned such occasions, without giving details, at their press talks. I'm guessing it's when a squad is conducting dawn raids for drugs, proceeds of crime, digital scamming equipment etc. You know the ones - where they have dogs, shout 'police, search warrant' at the door and apprehend the occupants in their underwear or sleepwear. > So the accused fabricated a situation. I'm sure this will all come out in court.
Narcissistic planned behaviour fuel that with obsession and also the means to being able to commit this horrible offences.
Diversity hire, they get special treatment
It is called nepotism. Mommy was a high flyer in the police force.
They have much to answer for.
Nepotism played a tragic role in this case. He should never have been in the police force. His mommy has protected his stalking behaviour. If there is not a full inquest into this then they are all complicit and corrupt.
RIP LUKE AND JESSIE.
@@SpaceMonster61 So, where do you have this information about his mother's job from? Private research? Cos there's been ZERO reporting in the media here about the Lamarre-Condon family. I guess their privacy is being protected?? if they requested that. So far there's been no commentary from any of his family members, friends, former school friends etc. A couple of questioning observations about his luxury spending from anonymous police colleagues were reported last week. I'd imagine the NSW Police would want to stop ANY leaks like that.
I reckon half those instagram photos of LaMarre are probably faked digitally by him.
And those "celebrities" that he got, did he use his police access to computers for the locations of these celebrities?
Yeah, all Photoshopped nonsense.
Yeah I noticed most of his pics looked photoshopped. I think he was obsessed with becoming famous & was jealous of Jesse career.
And his looks.
Yeah I’m sure it was. This reminds me of Rachel Barber case.
This is an inappropriate question to ask - Jesse Baird did not do anything to warrant condon’s horrific actions
I know that this is far to late but wasn’t a psychiatric evaluation carried out on the former officer.
More worrying is the number of other cases that may have slipped through..
This is just so very sad for the families and serving police officers.
They always pass.
They actually say the police force attracts a lot of sociopaths and Narcs. Allegedly 🥺
Same with professional bodybuilding.
Attracts some extreme personalities 🥹🧹🗑️
yes what other nut job police have passed the evaluation and are meant to be protecting looking after the public
Diversity hire, they get special treatment
An absolute tragedy, sincerest condolences to the families of these young men whose lives were cut short by a barbaric incomprehensible act of violence,so very sad.
Why would you hear gunshots but not notify the police for days.
Great neighbours and the flat mates.. who assumed the blood spill is from a beetroot can
Gay on gay crime is out of control.
That’s quite sickening seeing that. I live very close to that house in Paddington. Very scary
Life is different than you think mate 😢.
@@Lualjr_ I would would have heard the gunshots as I’m always at home but I probably thought it was a car back firing or something or someone letting off firecrackers
How is this guy a senior police officer? he should not have been a
policeman to begin with, let alone being an senior sergeant!
Hope its not because of his sexuality that he as able to get away with so much 😐
His mother is a senior cop in the force for decades, but the other thing is, governments are finding it harder to find cops, most people dont want to do it these days. Its dangerous and media and public always sides with criminals.
In the US its even worse with the gun problem. around 160 cops are murdered every year since 2020. Which is more than double the normal rate.
More likely family in the force.
So, basically a spoiled brat.
@@penelopemarshall6320his mom is a police officer. Sounds to me like family pressure to get a real job instead of chasing celebrities around.
His mother was a cop
My deepest of Sympathies to both families. 🙏🏽🌹🌹🌹🌹 This is truely heartbreaking 💔😢
Every day i hear something new and more sickening ! R.i.p ❤
Narrator needs to speak clearer, found it very annoying
I suspect he's a psychopath with evidence he carried on as normal afterwards when he wasn't working on concealing his crime and enlisting assistance from friends as though it was a routine set of tasks.
Yes and he escalated after Jesse set a boundary by text. Psychopaths hate rules and boundaries.
4:38 What department store in Australia is open at 11pm?
That's been playing heavily on my mind as well.
Woolworths shuts at 12 midnight 🕛
In the largest cities.
Small towns it shuts around 10pm
As well as some coles supermarkets shut at 12 midnight in Melbourne and Sydney!
@@tmcurly and they sell weights?
@@tmcurly I know Woolies and Coles can close at midnight but department stores like Myer usually close at 9pm on Thursdays only. Which store can you buy weights at 11pm?
Supermarkets are not the same as department stores unless the newsreader made a mistake with the details.
Why is this monster evil thing getting air tm
are you ok?
All three were evil.
Is this guy was a Jesse’s ex? I don’t think so!
Yeah but what was his reason for wanting to throw his life away? What did Jesse Baird do exactly?
Awful question. Are you blaming the victim?
I have read his Mother is also in NSW Police Force..... and his sister also haa been.....This aspect is not spoken of on TV news...
Why is it that the media has to hype issues up... instead of defusing.
I am equally horrified, sickened and destroyed by this shocking crime against two ppl who were innocent and never deserved this! I even phoned NSWPF about it and the Officer I spoke to was in tears about the public rage sent to them about the clunky way the Commissioner handled the atrocity. The official "response" I got crapped on about Mardi Gras, and said nothing about the GIGANTIC abuse of protocol which allowed Beau Lamarre-Condon to somehow borrow a firearm and abuse possession of one to enact his delusional form of justice against someone who had clearly said he wanted nothing further to do w him. "Normal" ppl would be hurt by that but be mature enough to move on. Clearly, Condon chose to not do that and tbh I spit on his face for the horror he has caused. He should be thrown to the wolves and I offer my eternal loving empathy to the families of Jesse & Luke. This should NEVER happened, and it has broken me! Far worse for you guys, and I am heartbroken for you. Sending all of my love to family and friends - may those incredibly beautiful men NEVER be forgotten, and celebrated always for what they did best 💐💐💐
Please improve your listening voice narrator.
Wow he was only 28??
Insider in their lgbtq+ community in Paddington, NSW, said that the three of them (Jesse, Luke & Lamarre-Condon) engaged in three way for earlier this year, the reason Lamarre-Condon got keys to Jesse’s Paddington district home. Luke & Lamarre-Cordon became intense in their 3sumsessions, and Jesse got out of place, then when the police-suspect Condon (3rd wheel) wants them to be a throuple, the couple (Jesse & Luke, refused (due to Jesse’s insistence), then he (Condon) went on to be a stalker then his tirade at them.
Keep your wild imagination with you .. until you are 💯 sure how can you share something like this.. for the sake of those two young boys whose life ended tragically
Well and truly over the constant virtue signalling around this event. If the victims were heterosexual this story wouldn’t have gotten anywhere near as much coverage. And now the gay community have uninvited NSW Police from the Mardi Gras. For a community that is always …. ‘We want to be accepted … we want to be understood and included … Un inviting police is pretty fkn uninclusive.
Sadly.... another case of domestic violence 😢. If it wasnt a cop involved we wouldnt of even heard about it.....
Was lamarr seeing the two of them???it seems like he was jealous of the newby and wanted a thrupple and they said no and he went mad three families have been devastated for nothing 😞😞
What is devastating is that Jesse Baird may not have reported to police due to homophobia in the police force.
The reporting of this issue is terrible. How it is being portrayed as a police hate crime it is actually a crime of passion. The shooter was a jilted boyfriend who had been dropped savagely maybe because he was a policeman.
“dropped savagely”. You mean the dismissal served on him? He’d been charged but at the same time, it’s not been to court yet so yeah.
It was a premeditated act. A crime of passion is when it’s spur of the moment as I understand it, not that it should be an extenuating circumstance.
I got no words
💔

Offen on romance yuck

Ummm please getva real job
we need more diversity appointments in policing, not less!
I'm sorry what??
There’s already clowns employed
Diversity was the cause of all this!
the more diverse a workforce is the better it represents the community it serves. These things wouldn't happen if police were drawn from the community including people with lived experience of pycho-social issues@@stephenhoward4471
Three of them are sinners.
The accused acted the way he did because of his childhood trauma. His father left him ( divorced his mum), when he was little in primary school. He developed an abandonment trauma. Gay men have lack of connection with a father figure, either raised by a single mum or strained relationship with a father. It creates a need, trauma, they continue seeking this validation, love and acceptance from males ( missing father figure) throughout adult life. Sexualising this need. That’s why they change partners, lovers often, realising this is not it. Have not found it, with the next one it will be it. And never finding it again. The missing element is forever missing. It’s non-existent now. Forever searching and never finding it. The pain and suffering of a gay man who is lost, confused and hungry. For this certain connection with a father whom he never had. He continues to search for him for the rest of his life.
The media is really, really bleeding this story hard. Again, i highly doubt there would be this much attention if it were a white, heterosexual couple.
That and the victim was a tv presenter
@@roxannesmith4519 and the perpetrator was a cop.
On the same day 19/2, a martial arts instructor murdered a family of 3 in the Parramatta area with his bare hands and a knife. That story went away within a few days.
@@schannie333 👍 spot on
The killer was a policeman. Stop with the nonsense
The accused was traumatised in his childhood when his father left a family when he was in primary school. The accused developed a trauma of abandonment. With Jesse he relived this trauma over again by being rejected and substituted. This reminded him of pain he felt when his father left him. Jesse reminded him of his young father. The trauma became unbearable and he had a need to act out trauma. Study physiology and trauma.
I hope society will EVENTUALLY learn that divorce is SO DESTRUCTIVE ALL ROUND!!!!
So is promiscuity HIGHLY DESTRUCTIVE.
I will never understand stalkers and love killings. If you love that person how could you hurt them. So it definitely wasn't love. Sick obsession.
