Awesome video. Nice seeing the differtent types of rounds. Kids got skills as well :D This style of passing seems great. Big fan of bulking to go up in weight rather than cutting down, you feel happier
Reverse kimura! I’m trying to secure his arm. I may need to build a base back to north south position, so I don’t like the traditional kimura as much from here. Since with the reverse kimura I can let go of the wrist and post the mat to help me build my base back up. If I had regular kimura, I would need to switch my grip to free up my posting arm, or else I would lose control. So the reverse kimura allows me to maintain control while posting. In this scenario, I didn’t need to post cause I broke his grip for the wrist lock easily. Bit if I have difficulty breaking the grip, I need to build my base, and then switch to attack the arm
2-3 (jiujitsu+ weights/conditioning) sessions per day - 5 days per week 1 rest day with active recovery (Saturday) 1 light day (1-2 light sessions) on Sunday
@@chenchi6623 yes sir 😅 it is! I try to maximize downtime between sessions. Get 8+ hours of sleep every night. Hydrate plenty. Hit my caloric intake each day. And listen to my body on how hard to go each session! Other than that, massage, foam rolling, hot tube, sauna, ice bath, etc
More, more, more rolling and breakdowns. Love your content! Good luck and stay healthy.
Glad you enjoy! Thank you for watching 😃
Glad to see a bjj athlete with an appropriate and delicious diet!

6:08 what kind of grip is that looks like a reverse kimura or something xD and why do you use it?

Man of culture 🔥 🥪
How early should I compete as a new white belt?
As soon as you feel competent against other white belts in the gym! Talk to your coach too, he can help you decide if you’re ready or not
@@WilliamTackettBJJ Thanks a lot man. Really gave me a right perspective
Lessss gooo
🔥🔥
it looks like you love arm triangle
And they said white folk didn't use seasoning... That food looks great.
Haha! My momma taught me well
what's the kimchi sauce called? I do the vertical diet ground beef and rice a lot and so that would definitely make things more interesting
