@@wherenexttravel our flights were a huge success! I felt so confident with my arsenal of ideas from you. The painters tape was a huge hit! Thank you again!
Thank you so much for this video!! I’ll be traveling from Las Vegas to Dubai with my 17 month old and I am so nervous but this video has so many great tips that will ease the travel for me, thank you!!
You are very welcome! Have safe and fun travels. Not sure where you are heading but we have many travel guides on our channel to you plan your next adventure. Happy New Year!
I find your voice really soothing I appreciate that most videos about kids the parents voice is a little too chipper and it gets annoying great video thank you
So nervous about flying with my 19 month old in may. He’s usually very calm and relaxed but still it’s gonna be a new thing for him and I hope he’s good
It's completely normal to be nervous about flying with little ones. Just try to relax and express positive vibes. Calculate the time you be on the plane and try to have a new snack or activity at the ready every 20 min... unless your lucky and your little one sleeps :)
@@wherenexttravel hey sorry I don’t know how I missed this but thank you for writing to me. He was great for the first 2 and a half hours. He loves planes so he was way too excited to sleep. He sat still and played with his toys until the last 30 minutes when he would not sit still and began to scream and laugh loudly hahaha. It was definitely one to remember.
@@arsvitae.information he was great in the beginning, he sat still and ate snacks while playing with toys. It wasn’t until the last 30 minutes that he didn’t want to sit anymore and he would playfully scream and laugh. Our original flight was the night before but it was canceled and we had to fly early morning. I think that was a big reason too
Here's another engaging item you might want to consider. This awesome toy allows your little one to practice tying shoelaces, zipping zips, buttoning buttons and more! - Busy Board Montessori Toys for 1 2 3 4 Year Olds - amzn.to/3jg4Rwc
I believe you are referring to the Indestructible books? All links to all items we discussed are in the video description under the video. Happy travels :)
Thank you for sharing what works for you. This video is very helpful, specially the images of the activity. I noticed you use the Toddler Harness instead of a carseat. I’m debating on what to use with our 17m old active toddler on our coming 9hr flight. Any advice on that? Thanks 🙏
We loved using the toddler harness. We had zero issues with it and both kids seemed fine being strapped in. Our son actually enjoyed it (Maybe he felt like he was in a racing car haha) - We mainly used them for take off and landing. If you do get one, we would love to hear your feedback. Happy travels!
Blue painters tape is a life saver.. our little one loves it. Not to mention it comes in handy at your hotel/rental to cover sockets, tie up blinds etc. Safe travels.
Hi there! The goal for me is to get my child to swallow which can relieve pressure in the ears. Depending on how old your baby/toddler/child is, that could look like sucking on a pacifier, nursing or a bottle, drinking water, or a snack. Hope that helps and happy travels!
@@wherenexttravel Thank you so much for your reply. Your video of definitely helped. The flight time we got is around her nap time so we're hoping that'll be an advantage too. It's our 1st time flying as a family so we want to be as prepared as possible.
Not really, we typically look for flights with the best itineraries, meaning direct or short (but manageable) lay-overs. Then we look at price and hope the two match up with our preferences. That said, if we had to pick an airline, we would pick Delta for international and either Delta or Southwest for domestic.

about the food, so each wrapped food has to be below 3 oz is that correct?
Typically yes, but you should always check with your airline before traveling. safe travels.
