You have very good experience and I am sure you can get the job. I won't recommend to buy azad visa, it has some disadvantages. If you want to buy freelance visa that would be expensive and difficult for you to find work. My suggestion is to work one or two years as an employee in any company, make good connections during this time and after that go for other options.

Recruitment firms (as far as I think you are talking about these companies). They provide their own visa and ask you to work for different companies. In both cases after one year, if you get a higher salary from any company then you can leave the company unless you sign any specific contract. So, read the contract carefully before joining the company. But don't worry about being stuck in the company, no company can bound you in Dubai. They have very good laws for employees here.
