I've got two of these 52'" and 46" in & out feed for my DEWALT table saw also use as a project tables. I love these tables. Able to move every where in my shop and out side on the driveway with my Tsaw
Just put this bench together yesterday. I think it's a very nice quality mobile bench for the price. I got the 52" version with drawers and casters and it fits my needs perfectly. Took me about an hour or so to put together. Its an easy assembly and there's several videos here that steps you through the assembly process. Just be aware it weighs over 100 lbs so not light. Works well and looks good. Wish it came with drawer liners like my other Husky bench but not a big deal. I like it.
This is the best telescopic office desk on the market‼️ Compare it to any other and its by far the superior. Has been great for wfh. I assembled mine without the drawers as it adds additional weight and crank time. Goes much faster without. I do wish they made the top deeper. My two monitors took up a good portion of the desk prior to my adding a 3 monitor stand. That made it better, more work space. Conclusion: It's perfect for a home office desk.
It's a REALLY nice shop table, assuming you go without the drawers. With the drawers it makes clamping things to it difficult. But what's nice about it as a shop table is that with the wheels, the adjustable height, and the clamping ability, you can use it to effortlessly extend any other surface in the shop!
Have 2... one in my sewing room and one in the wood working shop. Excellent work surface, solid, stable. Would love to get another for my kitchen as a work surface.
I've been using this setup for a couple years. The biggest issue I've had is finding a comfortable chair - same issue with the drawers hitting my legs. The best solution I've found is keeping it in the standing height and then using a counter height chair/barstool when I want to sit down. Since working from home I've lost my chair lol, so been searching for a new solution.
I just bought 2 of these for left and right outfeed tables for my 1956 Dewalt radial arm saw. I built a custom workbench for the saw itself, but I was looking for something that can easily be tucked away and quickly put into place for whenever I am ripping or just need to cut down some 12, or even 16 ft lumber. Unfortunately, I am going to have to completely butcher those beautiful tops by adding sheets of MDF, but I am hoping that I can do it with clamps rather than drilling holes and using bolts.
Great practical review. Especially the part about the drawers. You thought of everything! Domestic manufacturing of tools and such are tough to come by sadly.
I’m about to pick up one of these for a studio space to use as a product photography and videography work. Was doing some research and found your video coving it! Awesome to see you have a video on it man!
4:58 It only takes 11 seconds to crank it to the top... doesn't seem too bad. The drill idea is funny though. 😆 Great review... lot of useful info and ideas.
Came here for the workbench review, which I completely appreciate- details and all. Subbed b/c I like your style and greatly appreciate your service and dedication. Headin' over to your vid on the dog bug out bag. Now who wouldn't dig that, huh? Thanks, Marine.
Great video! It appears that the crossbar by your feet can be moved towards the back side of the bench. Should give your feet more room when sitting. I like it! Husky should reward you for convincing me I need this. :-)
Good idea. I'll try tweaking that. I have my Mac M1 mini in that bottom drawer and my knives and cigar cutter in the top drawer. I'm pretty sure I can find another home for my cutters lol
how easy is it to modify those drawers? I want to either remove the front handles or just remove them entirely and put in slabs of wood to use them as storage for some music equipment.
Nice review! Very descriptive. I do have one question though. How stable is this bench overall? I noticed that when you were cranking it op, the table seemed to rock side-to-side a bit. I'm looking for a bench for luthier type work (guitar repair), so the weight of materials will never be that heavy, but I will be doing light wood and metal work that could involve some aggressive sanding, filing, etc. Do you think this bench will be stable enough, or will it be moving about under the force of such work? Any thoughts you might have would be appreciated. Cheers!
I appreciate this review fam, I'm tryna get one for a music setup cuz regular standing desks are expensive as hell and the cheap ones don't be that stable. I'm 6'3" so I know the max height prolly way too low but fuck it 😂 thanks for the info on the drawers tho, I won't be able to fit shit I need in there 🤣
was considering this for airbrush set up. got a lot of little tools and little paint bottles and brushes at hand the drawers might be good for. Is the workbench sturdy? does it wiggle a lot?
Thanks for making this review. I been thinking about getting one of these but wanted to see the reviews first. Can I mount a small workbench vise to that table or no?
@@MarineX I'm thinking about trying it anyway, while securing the bottom. Heavy sand bag over the base comes to mind first. Might have to get creative lol.
So instead of accessing I purchased pb blaster silicone lubricate (WD 40 makes a similar product). I spray that into the gaps and it works like a charm. Don't use regular WD-40 because technically that's a cleaner and will dry up
😂😂😂 do you really bitching about the time going up n down how many benches have you been see doing that. That’s just a plus buddy Like if u going to adjust every time you doing something. U just make my day
I can't really take you seriously if you actually sought out a preassembled workbench because it's "to much of a headache". Just like a woman.. Why are you complaining about the weight capacity? If you can't assemble one you'll never need to worry about it's weight capacity.

Ikr out feed for the table saw. I cut a rabbet down the center of mine to get my miter gauge to slide into it.

Yup I have two now. The other is the 62" no drawers. Used for editing

Planning to get 2 of these for my sewing/craft room. Love the idea of using a drill to adjust the height - thanks!

Great point never thought about the drawers hindering clamping

I'm still hunting for a good chair. But I love the end result from hitting it with hammers and torches.
May I recommend the lazyboy bradley chair
How does one loose a chair???
Great review, very informative and well thought out. I purchased the unit without the drawers to use as desk too. Cheers and work safe!
What a nice young man,I learned a lot about work table. Thanks thinkit will work great as a sewing table
your idea of the use of the drill for the handle is really cool!

This is the same bench i use for my bow press and i love it.
Thanks, X! I'm looking into Husky work benches
I’m about to pick up one of these for a studio space to use as a product photography and videography work. Was doing some research and found your video coving it! Awesome to see you have a video on it man!
Go for it!
I have this good idea with the use of the drill never thought of that. I don't adjust it a lot though.
Thanks man, I am looking to build the same rig at home in my study.
Definitely take out the bottom drawer
I saw another video where the guy took the bottom drawer off and it worked fine for sitting at the desk with an office chair.
Thanks for the video. I am considering this for my sewing room.
thanks for concise explanation, and the pros/cons very honest......great idea with the Drill bit- that convinced me
4:58 It only takes 11 seconds to crank it to the top... doesn't seem too bad. The drill idea is funny though. 😆 Great review... lot of useful info and ideas.
That’s not max height

Really enjoying the channel man... keep up the good work.
Thanks much. I'll keep churning them out
This was a great video! I don’t comment or like but man you earned it. Idk how you’re not too video when I was looking at reviews
Thanks much!

I love resting my foot on that cross bar. And they should! Lol
The drawers come off so if you ever wanted it to fit your needs. Thanks for the review
Absolutely. I ended up ditching the bottom drawer
thanks for your honest review .... been looking for a extra work area that I can move around thanks again take care
No problem. Hopefully you check out some of my other content
Great review and comments.
Nice garage man thanks for the video
Thank you for the video, it answered all of my questions. Thank you for your service!!
Glad it helped!
On my list to buy!
Thanks!!!
I got the model without drawers because it allows for a more ergonomic setup. You could try taking one of the drawers off.
Good idea. I'll try tweaking that. I have my Mac M1 mini in that bottom drawer and my knives and cigar cutter in the top drawer. I'm pretty sure I can find another home for my cutters lol
Like it .love the idea with the drill .OUT
The drawers are super easy to remove. Just some screws, comes off as one piece
Eventually ended up just taking out the bottom drawer and retaining the top drawer and that allowed my knees to go underneath.
great review thank you
Thanks. Good review.
Thanks for watching!
Thanks for the review!
No problem. Hopefully it was helpful
@@MarineX
It was as no other reviews mentioned about the sit height with the drawers and the hitting of the knees.
how easy is it to modify those drawers? I want to either remove the front handles or just remove them entirely and put in slabs of wood to use them as storage for some music equipment.
You can take the bottom drawer our if it's hitting your knees.
Yup I ended up doing that
If you remove the bottom drawer, would it allow you to sit at the desk more easily?
Yeah it does. I took out the drawer and it's ten times better
The drill thing is clutch haha

At the lowest level, sanding and filing is doable. Once raised it becomes shaky.
I appreciate this review fam, I'm tryna get one for a music setup cuz regular standing desks are expensive as hell and the cheap ones don't be that stable. I'm 6'3" so I know the max height prolly way too low but fuck it 😂
thanks for the info on the drawers tho, I won't be able to fit shit I need in there 🤣
go for it! I am 6'2" and it barely makes the cut but I make it work
Which silicone is best for this ? Also how will you do it regularly if it has an enclosure covering up the pieces?
Because it’s Taiwan it’s actually an anti Chinese purchase 👍
was considering this for airbrush set up. got a lot of little tools and little paint bottles and brushes at hand the drawers might be good for. Is the workbench sturdy? does it wiggle a lot?
It wiggles like a two year old. But I think you could rig it up with sand bags to reduce wiggle.
I just bought mine, I’d like to have the burnt finish as well. Any tips for DIY? For someone that has never done it…
Grab the blow torch from harbor freight and a propane tank from Lowe’s or Home Depot and go to town.
Thanks for making this review. I been thinking about getting one of these but wanted to see the reviews first. Can I mount a small workbench vise to that table or no?
I wouldn't do that. The base isn't heavy enough. It will wobble when you engage a vised work piece
@@MarineX I'm thinking about trying it anyway, while securing the bottom. Heavy sand bag over the base comes to mind first. Might have to get creative lol.
thanks for your review. I do have a question: how do you access the gears to lube them? Doesn't look straight forward to me.
So instead of accessing I purchased pb blaster silicone lubricate (WD 40 makes a similar product). I spray that into the gaps and it works like a charm. Don't use regular WD-40 because technically that's a cleaner and will dry up
Will the keyboard fit in a drawer?
Yup
when sitting down, does the drawers get in the way of the leg space?
Yup. I removed the bottom drawer though and I haven't had any issues since
BYW, we vets get 10% off anyway. I assume you are with the USMC shirt.
So you should have getting 20%
The store manager didn't want to stack discounts that day. I so wanted too
How do you reverse attach the 10mm socket to the drill?
3/8 socket adapter and a hex bit set
Link of the drill part that I need!?
You just need a 10mm hex bit. This is one of my sets amzn.to/3pzSJdB
Did you first sand it, then torch it, then stain it?
I sanded it with 120 then I torched it, sanded it with 220, hit it with a tack cloth, and stained it.
@@MarineX many thanks
sorry if i missed it but does it wobble at all at different heights?
Yup. Most sturdy with the feet instead of casters
4:39 - Dude - you just burned the shit out of the poly on top. Never go full ******.
They want $239 at my Home Depot. What city or state did you buy yours?
Allen, TX
Is it possible to remove the Husky logo easily?
Yeah but two little holes will be there
@@MarineX how big is the whole would you say?
Good question. Maybe the size of the head of a 2 inch nail
Wheels = polypropylene random copolymer
😂😂😂 do you really bitching about the time going up n down how many benches have you been see doing that. That’s just a plus buddy Like if u going to adjust every time you doing something. U just make my day
1st world complaints!! lol
4:57 ,wtf?
Bro.. Only 10% off the floor model? Thats a cupon, not worth the trouble. Floor models you gotta at least 25% less
Except for the managers who are tough cookies. Plus at the register I got another 10% as a vet. So I got 20% in theory
Take off the bottom drawer.
I would but I have my computer in that drawer. I've overcome
I can't really take you seriously if you actually sought out a preassembled workbench because it's "to much of a headache". Just like a woman.. Why are you complaining about the weight capacity? If you can't assemble one you'll never need to worry about it's weight capacity.
I'm 3 years late, you can take the drawers off if you want. or even just take one out
Yeah I took the bottom drawer out
