Lake Keowee Real Estate Market Update - January 2023

The Lake Keowee market ended the year with just over 3 months of available lake homes for sale, meaning we are still in a Seller's market in terms of inventory. We also continue to see pending home sales continue their downward trend. Lastly, the average days on the market increased to 61 days, which almost doubled from 12/2021, but still historically low for the lake. Call me if you've given any thought to making a move in 2023.
