@@Rustic_3851 on a technical level you are probably right. But backing up from a broader perspective, I still don't find that to be an acceptable reason. Why is this engine so limited? They don't bother with planetary automatic transmissions, many convertibles are locked to either top up or top down. Why can't they give us a more immersive experience? I don't know if anyone left at PG really even knows the base code of the engine...they just add assets, tweak the UI, and build new environments, but the game is basically FH1 under the hood.
@@XR4turbo Yeah, it does sound unacceptable, and I heard PG mentioned something before FH5 releases which is the convertible roof option. They didn't fix them sadly, so there's only some convertibles having that feature and some don't. Maybe FH6 will fix those otherwise with a new version of their game engine. If not, then it will be a huge bummer.
Shame that they didn’t try to create the fake but funny sounds and the simulate gear shift.
It is a shame. It's a video game, why not do it?
Most probably, it's because of game engine limitations. That's why they can't add the car's E-shift mode with the Simulated engine sound.

since when do they add drive modes? that seems like a completely new thing in Forza. I like it
Without the fake sound and fake gear it's just another fast EV, good job Playground
isn't there gear shift?
ooh....
Oh you can change between awd and drift. That is a nice feature.

Precioso coche
I hate this game now with PTS point, I don’t much time to play video games. Why this not added to car update in showroom or being DLC
