I've watched a few of your videos and have some general advice for you, but play your way so don't take this as gospel:
Blight is the most valuable spell you can get because it's recursive, the more blight (and wyverns) you have, the more spells you'll get. Up until 50, then get whatever you want
Early game stuff like bricks and swords aren't very valuable late, so if you're getting late game they're easy removes
Coins are a bit of a trap, you seem to be getting that though, I find it best to only have one thing the coins can deposit into.
Peridot is the strongest of the gems because of greenhouse

The traveling star resets your flipper count so you can keep flipping eggs like a short order cook!
( There are also several ways you can activate the flippers. It could be that the keys choosing aren't as responsive as they could be )
