Agar rest mein hai to rest mein hi hoga, yehi newton ka first law hai aur Aristotles ki fallacy newton ka first law yehi to batata hai if a body at rest it will remain at rest and a body with uniform motion will remain uniform motion untill an external unbalanced force is applied.

ma'am if the body is in motion 4km/hr then we apply 5 Newton force to both opposite direction then the body will be in rest or motion. and can it be balanced force.
