Shoulder Physical Exam

This brief, 2-minute structured physical examination of the shoulder is designed for primary care providers to appropriately evaluate patients presenting to an outpatient clinic with shoulder pain. It differentiates between rotator cuff pathology (tendinitis/partial-thickness tears, full-thickness tears, impingement), adhesive capsulitis, AC joint OA, glenohumeral OA and biceps tendinitis.
