Edit: The Supreme Court ruled that reasonable force, including but not limited to deadly force, is deemed constitutionally protected to protect against intrusions into a dwelling, under the Castle Doctrine. No official ruling on intrusions/vandalism of a vehicle; that's up to the penal code of this community. Btw what the Medic was referring to at the shots fired in Grove was HIPAA. Its a law that prevents First Responders like Nurses, EMTS, FireFighters, Doctors, etc. From revealing personal information about a patient. It goes further in depth but thats a basic idea.
I don’t know much about HIPAA so don’t hold me to my word but a quick google search will show all the info you need.
