I remember this place when I visited Cebu. It’s just across Midtown hotel where I stayed more than 2 decades ago. Hope they can redevelop the circle into a well-landscaped plaza and not public market.
The "Rotunda" ( Fuente Osmena Circle ) is as Iconic landmark in ❤SUGBU👑☝ built in 1912, way long before the biased native tagalog speaker President Manuel L. Quezon declared his tagalog native tongue to the national in 1937. This is an old iconic landmark for us Sugbuanons and we like it just the way it is.
Massive sidewalk damaged ignored by everyone. Tax money to fund the maintenance and upkeep are being pocketed by corrupt politicians, worst is that Filipinos tolerated these practices instead of demanding accountability…
