I'm not going to lie, but 40 mins in, I fell asleep.....but woke 40 mins before the live ended and got the end of the meditation of the 12th dimension and energy field protection. For a usual nap, I'd feel tired ang groggy, but after waking up and finishing the last 40 mins of the live, I felt so rejuvenated! I was going on 3 hours of sleep for the past 2 weeks and literally, my fatigue and body aches before the meditation, disappeared after my nap and the meditation. I plan to watch this live again entirely and consciously. 😅
