Not trying to be a minsung anti- I like minsung. But another potential reason why Lee Know didn’t react right away was because he was in shock. He wasn’t expecting it to actually happen
I'm not sure but if you look closely the first shot(9:02), it kind of looks like Jisung did the sound first and tiny kiss later, then Lino reacted, which adds to he wasn't expecting it and maybe thought it was going to end with just the teasing sound and not actually happen.
But the angle and the blurry quality makes it no so clear to tell

Everyone knows that Minho almost always wins games and competitions. These victories are important to him, and he rarely concedes to someone. And in this competition, both he and the other members of the group were sure that crushing the ever-invincible Minho would be either difficult or impossible. If you ask me Hsnnie is shouting out loud again with his song Volcano and repeatedly telling Stay about his "pool date" with LK (LK talks about it too). Same for Han being brave enough to joke on camera that LK is not his husband YET. That might have been a little bit of fanservice to boldly say that but their quiet comments to each other that made Chan tell them "get a room" did not seem at all like fanservice.
It was so much going on. Han just casually deciding to kiss Lino. Him looking at his hand like he can see the kiss 🤣 Binnie cheering it on. I absolutely loved it!! 😻
The other members had interesting reactions when hannie announced he was gonna kiss lee know as well - grinning or just looking like they knew that it’ll make his heart rate go up

seriously, i spent ALL DAY thinking about this scene of han casually deciding to kiss minho's neck, and NO ONE had gotten up to try to make others' hearts physically accelerate, just with words, he was the ONLY one who did it. And what made me more thoughtful was how SURE he was that it would make minho's heart race, there was no hesitation in the choice, and the way minho just doesn't make any kind of protest also makes me very thoughtful. He could have started to act like he didn't like it the moment han's face gets that close to his neck, but his expression doesn't even change, he feels han's face close, feels the kiss and doesn't shakes himself, as if that was something he is used to, only after a few seconds he remembers that he needs to react.
There are so many things that can be analyzed in such a short scene but which contains so much meaning.

Someone said when Lee Know pouted as Han walked, Han actually said, "No I'll do it on the neck" which was not translated. If it's true, it explains everything. Lee Know knew everything, Han announced everything & even made sound while hugging him & kissing him & Lk allowed him. The late reaction was just an act lol. The way Han locked his hands while hugging him. Lk elbowing Seungmin when he tried to kiss, but allowing Han to throw himself on him, blushing when heart rate increased. Thus Minsung is real🤭
I think Minho’s delayed reaction is because he thought han was bluffing because he usually does that when he always threatens to kiss the members so he was shocked when he actually did it

He usually doesn't let members get too close if he doesn't want to while flirting & it was indeed a delayed rxn. I also thought Han did it without warning until I saw not translated part. Someone corrected & shared this to me: ("he said something like "아니야, 목 뒤에 할거야" which means "No, I'm gonna do it on the back of your neck").
Also Han doesn't just threatens but he goes around kissing members for no reason. Every time Skz member goes viral in stan twt for gay moments it's always Han Jisung involved lol. the way they all reacted when Felix does the "kiss scene" in the Your Eyes video, just going completely hyper and covering their faces, but here they all just sat with the same expressions, waiting to see if the heart rate went up. Also, Lee Know pulling his hand from his neck and looking at it is what people do when someone kisses them but with a slightly open mouth and licks their skin too, which made me wonder. And yeah, the neck is REALLY sensitive for most of us.

Idk about you guys , but now I’m really thinking something might going on between then , jokes aside .. Minhos reaction wasn’t delayed! If you pay attention Han makes a kiss noise before (possibly teasingly) but only gives him a small peck at the end//that’s when Minho reacts. Also if you notice minhos heart rate actually goes down when Han hugs him, most likely in comfort. I think his heart-rate only went up after the kiss for 2 possible reasons. 1. when he pulled away quickly (body reacting to sudden movement) 2. He was in shock (also the members reacting to his heart rate going up could make it raise higher)

AND this video brought me so much joy. To comment on the kiss. I cannot stop watching this kiss though. All of your points I agree with 200%. The fact that no one reacted including Lee know the main character says novels on their relationship. The delayed reaction was literally lino remembering they were filming. And then the members seemed to remember this as well and started being noisy again. In defense of LK's delayed reaction to the kiss: You can almost hear a bit of the sucker-smack as Hannie releases the kiss. It's hard to tell, but intuitively I hear it. It's definitely not just a little, lingering peck. As Hannie is pulling away, he's subtly pulling the skin with the suction from his lips. That's probably what's producing the sudden, shocked response from LK. I feel this just further reinforces the point that it's FAR BEYOND play-flirting. That's deliberate erogenous taunting, right there. You don't do that with friends (that you're not sleeping with, at least).

It is so cute to watch Han being the alpha in this relationship. At this point if they are actually more than close friends I wouldn’t be surprised. Minho and han have always been the closest so it’s not surprising, they picked each other for who they would want to be life long friends with even if skz weren’t a thing, even tho they both like each other I think Minho especially has an attachment to han. Like how in 2 kids room they said Minho can’t live without han but han can live without Minho, I don’t think they meant it in a bad way I think it’s because even though Minho is really dependent and comes off the most that way he is attached to people, and han is clingy but the members also said that han also doesn’t really need anyone. Han like being himself and Minho is more extroverted and likes going out with people more than you think. I think it’s really nice though how Minho brought han out more to go different places and try new things

I’m so glad to see other people agree that this seemed like something they are used to. That was my immediate reaction as well! Han did it in such a purposeful way, like he knew exactly the spot that Lee Know would like the most. And the others reacted just like you would if you see a couple you are friends with kiss: it’s cute and you may smile a bit but it’s nothing you’d freak out about, just like they didn’t. It just has the feeling of a very familiar, comfortable situation
