She really is the most powerful character in TVD Universe if you breakdown her feats. She wasn't subjected to the restrictions of Nature when it comes to using her magic unlike others who were always policed by it. She made a whole other planetary dimension, True Immortality and The Cure for all its versions, even the Devil's. Speaking of the Devil, Qetsiyah's purgatory kept evil supernatural souls from being tortured in Hell and made resurrection possible. She was also the creator of Resurrection and is able to resurrect anyone from The Other Side without help. What's funny is even though she made Immortality in its genuine form, she never wanted it for herself.

Maybe it has something to do with bloodlines and the older the witch, the purer the bloodline. So witches born nowadays might not be as powerful because the bloodline has been diluted due to one of the parents not being a witch or something along those lines. That's just my guess.

Your forgetting honestly while qetsiyah was no slouch in the power department she was still weak due to being mortal I would put hope, inadu since she created the werewolves as well, qetsiyah and then dahlia then Bonnie in my opinion. Most of these witches cheated death and were very hard to kill like inadu the only way she could die was when klaus and elijah died that was when she finally passed.
Quetsyah is for sure a TOP 5 of most powerful witches of TVD UNIVERSE. However, I think Dahlia or Inadu can overpower her on raw power. Quetsyah was just a pioneer at creating some of the most iconic spells on TVD Universe.However, Tessa was more vulnerable for physical or magical harms than Dahlia/ Inadu, what I mean is that the travelers were able to break the other side even having an achor (Bonnie). Ester had to trick Dalia in order to put her down and even the most efficient witches in New Orleans struggled a lot to defeat the the Hollow. Not to mention that Markos and his coven achieved to nullify any kind of inmortality or magic with her antimagic skills and sabotaged the anchor function making the other side useless. Creating Inmortality spell and a whole purgatory because you just can get your ex over not neccesary makes you unbeatable.
Say what you wanna say about Qetsiyah but she's one of the characters who achieved her goals and in the end no one stopped her unlike Dahlia and Inadu who failed. Dahlia wanted to make Freya and her siblings pay along with Esther but got stabbed and eventually forgave Esther on the afterlife, Inadu got knocked down while in Hope's body, her spirit got divided into four, then got divided into two through Elijah and Klaus. Qetsiyah won her layered vengeance and nobody killed her in the end except herself. The only group of people who could sabotage her plans are the Traveler Subculture (Markos and his pals). The Travelers on the other hand are lucky because in the later seasons characters such as the Siphoners and Heretics were introduced, they could simply siphon Traveler magic and turn it against them or feed on them or turn them into vampires.
She would not lose against Dahlia if Dahlia used her own natural magic. Whole time she was just channeling Freya now if she wasn’t it could be a 50/50 chance for both of them

In my opinion Qetsiyah is very powerful, the only reason why she didnt show physical combat because she fights her targets mentally, like torturing them with their worst memories, not to mention she can cure an original an all powerful immortal vampire, she couldve ended all of the vampires just like that if she wasnt so hellbent on getting revenge on Silas.

Maybe it has something to do with bloodlines and the older the witch, the purer the bloodline. So witches born nowadays might not be as powerful because the bloodline has been diluted due to one of the parents not being a witch or something along those lines. That's just my guess.

She also reasurected bonnie with ease and created the immortality drink which made silas immortal. Your forgetting honestly while qetsiyah was no slouch in the power department she was still weak due to being mortal I would put hope, inadu since she created the werewolves as well, qetsiyah and then dahlia then Bonnie in my opinion. Most of these witches cheated death and were very hard to kill like inadu the only way she could die was when klaus and elijah died that was when she finally passed.

Quetsyah is for sure a TOP 5 of most powerful witches of TVD UNIVERSE. However, I think Dahlia or Inadu can overpower her on raw power.
Quetsyah was just a pioneer at creating some of the most iconic spells on TVD Universe.However, Tessa was more vulnerable for physical or magical harms than Dahlia/ Inadu, what I mean is that the travelers were able to break the other side even having an achor (Bonnie). Ester had to trick Dalia in order to put her down and even the most efficient witches in New Orleans struggled a lot to defeat the the Hollow. Not to mention that Markos and his coven achieved to nullify any kind of inmortality or magic with her antimagic skills and sabotaged the anchor function making the other side useless. Creating Inmortality spell and a whole purgatory because you just can get your ex over not neccesary makes you unbeatable.
Say what you wanna say about Qetsiyah but she's one of the characters who achieved her goals and in the end no one stopped her unlike Dahlia and Inadu who failed. Dahlia wanted to make Freya and her siblings pay along with Esther but got stabbed and eventually forgave Esther on the afterlife, Inadu got knocked down while in Hope's body, her spirit got divided into four, then got divided into two through Elijah and Klaus. Qetsiyah won her layered vengeance and nobody killed her in the end except herself. The only group of people who could sabotage her plans are the Traveler Subculture (Markos and his pals). The Travelers on the other hand are lucky because in the later seasons characters such as the Siphoners and Heretics were introduced, they could simply siphon Traveler magic and turn it against them or feed on them or turn them into vampires.
