    Hey Dietrich, a question cane up rewarding yourself video.
    How hard are you working? I know you say 70% power, but I’m wondering how much do you have left in the tank when you finish the 18+ minutes.
    The reason for the question is that a couple of us who do this workout (me on spear, him on sword) feel like we are pushing harder. I know for a fact that I am gassed at close to 100% when I’m finished.
    Now maybe that’s just my bad perception comparing your video versus the pain I feel. Or, maybe you are holding back, and if so, I was wondering what the rationale is behind that.
