    The quantities are huge and not adapted to normal users. The butter and eggs flew out of the mixer because the loaf was so big and already very dense after ten minutes.

      I‘m sorry to hear. KitchenAid and the most other machines are taking up to 1kg of flour. You can also always take the half of any of my recipes and just make one bread. Anyway. Thanks for your feedback!
