I was doing high speed passes with mine when the right elevator broke off. The plane went straight up then straight down creating a massive smoking hole in the ground. Good times!
Looking at how close that impact was, I'd say, yeah; that could have been fatal... if this could happen so close to the controller, what then if so close the plane lost control and hit the controller, or someone else? Not a safe way to fly a very fast plane. Remember, it only took a piece of foam to bring down the space shuttle. Now imagine the sound of that impact into the ground, then imagine it into someone... not going to be a good day for that person. Fly safer.

not true, check other video, I had comfortably flown like 6 runs. the cleves on the elvator broke.
