WOW, this video really helped me to understand the setting. Thank you very much. I love the game machanics and dark thmes but I really never got a grip about what´s going on with the Achons and dark angels even after reading the book. I don´t know your video helped me a lot.
I was looking for a video to talk about Kult: DL, specially how to run it. And besides the official Helmgast's video about it (with one of the members of Red Moon Roleplay), yours has been very informative. Thank you. Specially for the Gamemaster section. I ran scenarios as "Oakwood Heights" and "La Cena", and still had my doubts. For contrast, I needed only one scenario of Call of Cthulhu, "Ladybug, Ladybug, Fly Away Home", to understand the rules and how to ran a game. I think a problem I had while reading the corebook, was the repetitive speech of "we were gods once" over and over, besides the disturbing horror that the pages have. Sometimes felt preachy, to the times I said "Yeah, yeah, I know that everything is awful and we were gods, now give me stats and tables please". And some creatures and enemies lack information as stats and so. But now I got a better view, and as I said, Thank you.
This system is very flexible for those who prefer a tamer world. It’s almost Halloween and this is perfect for a one shot. Or the start of a new ongoing campaign. Just need to be very open about everybody’s limits. Another PbTA rooted game is Starforged. It’s a few generations removed from the originals and the modifications to the rules work exceptionally well. It’s written to play with a GM, co-op, or solo.

This is on my to play, or more realistically, to read list.
Yeah, I enjoy the lore and setting more than the game rules. It is a great and unique setting though!
