Always better to have more water than you are going to use yourself.
Because if you don't bring enough it makes for a very bad day. Thanks
for the video and keep yourself safe! 😃👍❤🏍🏁

Gatorade sucks too. I was cramping up like crazy at my last TD. Switched from Gatorade to water and the cramps went away. I think water + electrolyte packs and a magnesium pill the night before are the way to go.

These are great tips. Water in a cooler is absolutely essential.
What we found help with the canopy are weights. They make these C shaped weights that you can throw over the legs and keep it from blowing away.
We also bought those absorbant cloths you can drench over your neck.
Also I had extra keys made of my bike and just keep a spare key in the center console of the truck 100% of the time that way I guarantee i never forget the key.
Also on the topic of keys...i always bring one of those combination of air compressor/ jump starter. There has been at least one point where I forgot to turn the key off at night and the bike was dead in the morning. Much easier if you can just jump it.

Pop up canopy/tent, a bunch of 6” S-hooks to hang stuff from, a cheap wall clock, Bluetooth speaker for tunes, cooler, water + electrolytes, slip on sandals, folding chair + table and some neck gators you can soak in ice water to cool off between sessions. Also… power bank to charge your phone.

I freeze a gallon of water so it melts as the day goes and bring a extra gallon to fill the frozen jug when needed also the frozen jug helps keep my cooler cold

I made the no canopy mistake my first ever time at the motocross track. That day was brutal hot no shade and the ac in my truck didn’t work. Got a canopy before I went the next time lol

If you don't always feel like you need a piss before each session, your not drinking enough water. Don't eat anything heavy at lunch. Nibble throughout the day. Having friends, if you do come off, there is someone who will sort out your bike and gear while your being shipped to a&e. A helmet dryer/fan so you aren't having to put a sweaty helmet on. A wall clock so you know when your next session is going to start. An undersuit so leathers don't stick to you when putting leather on/off. Ear plugs.. protect your hearing.. when its gone its gone. Do some stretching /warm up before getting on the bike.
