This song is so beautiful in so many ways, it makes me cry every time. It reminds me of my childhood for no particular reason, but it’s so calming and almost even gives me an eerie feeling.
I want my dad's hug. I haven't seen him in months and my mom is so strict about seeing him because he didn't want us to leave the city through a snowstorm. Sometimes I feel so lonely and I just want to feel him give me a big hug again. Stratch his, not even his, just A hug. I don't want to tell anyone what I'm going through I just want to be able to hug someone and cry into their shoulder while they comfort me.

I remember I found this song when I really needed it. My best friend that I love so much started to slowly cut ties with me because of this girl I invited into our group and they became better friends. They would start leaving me out and hanging out together, sending photos of them hanging out together in our gc like they were rubbing it in my face that I wasn't there and eventually she stopped talking to me all together being awkward when i tried to talk to her and I was being left on read whenever I talked in the gc. I couldn't take it anymore and just left the gc and stopped even trying to talk to them but I didn't have any other close friends and was moving to high school so I didn't really have any friends and sat by myself everyday. I use to be good at making friends and was extremely extroverted but after that I developed anxiety, got very shy, and cried alot at school and at home. This song was on repeat alot and I remember it calming me down because it was reminding that things would get better eventually and it did because I met a girl who became my best friend and she the most amazing person in the whole entire world and I'm so happy that I get to be friends with her. I'm still working on my social skills and I just moved so I'm at a new school but my anxiety has gotten alot better because I don't have anxiety attacks anymore. I was listening to music and came across this song and now I'm realising how much I've improved since that year and am motivated to keep going 💗
