    Like watching how a skilled jeweller in the days of old would make something for their most wealthy clients, save for the cnc magic of the 21st century. The hinge solder up was so beautiful & practical & the lovely magnetic clasp so elegant & the leather forming so accurate & perfect in what it had to do. It is great that you have this portfolio of your work all on your own channel, like a back catalogue of the record industry. Thanks for sharing!

    Lovely work as always! You could try flame polishing the acrylic for a smoother mould after machining it to save having to sand it.

    I like how there is a faint texture in the leather from the cnc tool path. That would be a neat detail to play with when making the forming dies.

    Flame. use flame to slightly melt the surface of the acrylic to lose the machine marks.
