THAT would be great for health, society, and the environment, and actually reduce warming by taking out all the methane from cows AND green the earth AND help the lower classes financially, but our government would rather shuffle trillions into the pockets of EV car manufacturers' shareholders like BlackRock, solar shareholders (in China mostly), etc.
I think the ONLY way to shift consumer eating habits is actually to get them to grow their own food and take pride in healthier food that they grow. Of course, the politicians in democracies prefer a dependent populace that is not self-sufficient, and they hate the fact they can't tax what you grow and eat yourself, so they don't want to shrink their tax base by encouraging the lower classes to grow their own healthy food... even though this SHOULD be the #1 priority if they care about global warming since cattle/beef consumption, all that methane is by far the largest factor of global warming. Yeah I'm just above average height, a little above the average male weight and over average shoulder width, not fat by any stretch of the imagination unless comparing me to a athletic person, but airplane bathrooms are tiny.
I'm not against airlines making them a little bigger along with the seats, but they will have to charge more and quite frankly I'm a penny pincher and can suck it up for a while. If I really want to be more comfortable I'll just fly first class and use the restroom before taking off, problem solved.
