I hear a lot of ghanaian reference electricity whenever they can't accept their country wrongs. As a Nigeria, my country has abundant electricity but it boards down to bad governance and greed to implement the right policies. The same issue apply to Ghanaian E-levy introduced by your PM to screw average Ghanaian because of bad economy policies about to destroy the Ghana economy.
