It's basically a big eff you to the haters and anyone who feels like they have a say in what he does with his life. And I totally get that because I feel the same way in my own life. I agree it feels like a breakup fueled album at times but i doubt the "bitch" in question is a girl, since thats his go-to insult when talking about (mostly male) haters since his early days and seeing the lyrics here about the monk that leaked his private info, people who pressure him to rep something he doesnt want to, and toxic hate he has to Suck Up, ect it seems its the same case here. Its a very quintessential Bts Rapline Member Addresses the Haters song imo, BUT there are many tracks on the album that are focused more on a private heartbreak/loss (nuts being one of them, so id love to see you guys check that one out )

Anyway British saying WALKS LIKE A DUCK, QUACKS LIKE A DUCK, PROBABLY A DUCK, meaning don't try to gaslight me, I see it for what it is. GET YOUR ASS OUT THE TRUNK/ BOOT means stop trying to hitch on to me for a free ride. This could apply to a woman but I think more likely given the 'diplomat' comment it refers to all the people trying to use his stellar rep, most especially the present government who do not like BTS and all their power and the way they use it. For instance even Jimins annual generous donations to educational charities highlights the shortfalls in the system. Some of their songs( eg SPRING DAY mv had helped spread the outrage over the Sewel Ferry Disaster that brought down a previous right wing administration) messages are considered radical. So they have been trying to control and use RM as a establishment mouthpiece( for the repatriation of dead servicemen etc.). He did not mind speaking before the United Nations 3x. They were his message and words. Or even their trip to the White House , but they kept pushing more and more. Hence his rebellion.
