It's deliberate. If I'm not mistaken this mason guy is an ardent united fan. He was the one to rule out Nelli's against untied at OT by pulling the play way way back for a foul on Bruno that wasn't even a foul. And now 2 clear offsides in the same play was completely ignored. He was out to sabotage Arsenal's season. Clear corruption. The question that needs to be asked is how was he allowed anywhere close to any refereeing job when time and time again he messed up.

A lot of us are being misled. VAR is not exactly helping Man City. They are trying to help Man Utd to win the title. Martinelli goal disallowed at OT. Rashford offside in Manchester Derby ignored. Brentford offside vs Arsenal ignored. Sabitzer red card tackle on Faes vs Leicester ignored. All the while helping Manure catch up with the 2 leaders.

If a player can be retroactively punished for offences during a game, why can't a team be rewarded retroactively for mess ups by the officials? They've even admitted to their error! Is the system designed to only dish out punishments and not to reward when THEY mess up (and have admitted to doing so)??

I believe the reason why this can’t be possible is because there was still plenty of time to be played and it can’t be definitively said brentford weren’t going to score on their own terms.

A player can have a red card overturned but not the time lost in the game in which his team may have got spanked enough to get them relegated. Arsenal once offered a rematch to Sheff Utd in the FA Cup for Kanu not understanding sporting behaviour and scoring from the attack.

I have been posting that the referee community is against Arsenal. Play back all the reds Arsenal have received, play back the penalties given against Arsenal, playback how many offside goals are given against Arsenal. Honestly, there have been quite a lot of wicked things this EPL Refs do against us, it has been going on for a very, very long. They want the premiership to go to the last day and if Arsenal had won against Brentford then the Arsenal v City game would have been redundant in terms of outcome,Arsenal would have remained top regardless of whether they beat City or not. The game also fell on a Champions League night so the competition for ratings would have been fierce. It was planned and deliberate. I wouldn’t be surprised if Lee Mason got a big brown envelope for his troubles when he resigned.

The problem is that referees came with their decision to subotage Arsenal as it was not the first time VAR referees were against the team and this was purposely planned.

Not a football fan since the early 80's and this is one of the reasons why. It's either corrupt or the people in charge are so inept at the job they do, it's a circus with the clowns in charge. If you cannot get a decision anywhere near close with the help of technology something is fishy. Not all people are honest, ok some mistakes are made due to human error, but with the help of technology mistakes should be abolished. The VAR panel needs to be held accountable and explain THEIR decision making process.👑👑👑👑

If one was to see how many VAR decision went against arsenal. I mean the only decisions which have gone for arsenal are the clear and obvious and even they have gone wrong. Allot of the matches arsenal have still one regardless of the VAR decisions. ie Brentford away when arsenal won 3-0 Jesus was clearly fouled no penalty. I can name so many this season alone so I am happy arsenal for the majority still winning the games even with VAR not doing there jobs

Starting next season, VAR mistakes should award the faulted team 1 league point. Failing that (I understand the argument that non result points may not be a good idea) there should be a financial repayment.
And the Ref makes amends in the game with Bournemouth! They were initially given just 4 min stoppage time but found it 'convenient' for Arsenal to add another 4, despite the fact that the Bournemouth player was never down for a full minute!
That's the price for feigning injuries even in the time added on, Bournmouth brought it upon themselves for time wasting and by the way at least two hand balls in the box should have been called out, yes Arsenal again victims of VAR. So please don't go looking for an excuse for the loss
