Very interesting, with osteoporosis, I’ve been looking for anything that can help slow down bone breakdown and start to hopefully rebuild naturally. Thank you.

Isn’t it crazy how much one nerve can be involved with!

Absolutely fascinating! I think I know now why my bones are so bad because I had a couple horrible injuries including one car accident and one trip and fall that caused a neuropathic pain syndrome in my legs that involves the sympathetic system. The only issue I can see is that gargling is not very easy for me. Thank you so much for this information.. I'm definitely going to follow up and try to help my vagus nerve. One thing I would have liked to have heard more about is whether his patients have had improvements in their bone health and on it with his techniques and the electric stimulation.

i read somewhere that gargling helps prevent sleep apnea!

Gargling will not stop sleep Apnea. lol! You either need a device for snoring, a mouthpiece from a drugstore, mail order like Pure Sleep, that pushes your lower jaw forward slightly, which keeps your airway open. Or you can get a CPap machine after a doctor does a Sleep test. Sleep test will tell them how many times per minute you stop breathing. Which is crucial as you can have a stroke or heart attack due to the lack of oxygen.
I've been using both and my Quality of Life has improved exponentially!🎉😂❤

I have read the gargling with salt water or olive oil can help prevent it.

Why don't you make it simple instead of that long complicated lecture?
