What the hell, this is so accurate. My middle school homeroom teacher was just like this on the last day. He was my teacher from 4th-8th grade. He was obsessed with starwars, so I gave him the starwars figures I didn't want. At one point he got full of himself and thought he was everyones favorite teacher. It was annoying but he was a good teacher.

Tbh,no matter how glad we are to leave high school, or how glad we are that "it's finally over", you can't help feeling sad at leaving these buffoons you call classmates after 4 years,and leaving the same teacher who yelled at you, laughed with you, helped you so much.. The last day does have loads of feels
in the high school i graduated from, they have primary, middle, and high school all as one school, and once you graduate primary, you stick with one tutor group from beginning of middle-end of high school / graduation. so 6 full years with the same 11-12 people. it was hard bidding some of them goodbye during graduation because we’d been with each other for at least 7 periods (tutor periods) per week for 6 years. our teacher was an outgoing, retired professional swimmer who was like 27. she worked as a pe teacher and was super laidback. i haven’t heard from her since graduation.
my German class was kinda like this. we had it day 1 class 1 two years in a row with pretty much the same people both years. it was such a funny group dynamic. and then most of us didn't take German 3 but that's because our teacher retired.
@@lizz2759 so in a normal high school you do academics every day and every week but in a vocational high school every other week it's academics and then shop which can be plumbing and heating, carpentry, culinary arts, programming and web design, cosmology, welding, collision repair, auto tech, landscaping, veterinary science,or health tech
@@Husker.88 are school has shop classes mixed in, but you can only do one and you have to stick with it all year. However Freshmen get 2 and they have to choose which one they want to keep. I somehow got three in my freshman year tho so 🤷

My social studies teacher is named Ms. Jones, and there are two “plus class” home rooms, which is middle school equivalent for honors. The other one is her home room so most of the time when we see another class, it’s her class. Just thought that was cool.

I remember there was this teacher I had once, she thought of us as her own children. When the last day of school arrived she was sobbing. This made the whole class start sobbing. She bought us stuff she knew we liked and hugged us and said “It’s like seeing my kids go to college all over again.” And started sobbing. Again everyone started sobbing. When we saw her in the halls she would squeal hug us and start a conversation and would check in. We all loved her

And it was really hard because we’ve all been in the same classes for about three years but now we are in middle school and still have the same strong relationship
Oh the memories this brings back 😊 I went to a Christian school and the last chapel of the school year was senior chapel. And it was basically a time for students and teachers to share memories, funny stories, etc. all about the seniors. I remember when it was our senior chapel (many many moons ago🤣) The sophomore homeroom teacher stood up (he was a favorite, fun teacher) and talked about how he was first hired on as a sub 2 years prior and we were his first class he taught. He had us for homeroom/Bible class. Tears were flowing 😂😂. Than our senior teacher (also a favorite teacher) took us all outside. Seniors stood in a circle and the rest of the students/teachers stood in a bigger circle around us and prayed for us as we left high school to go out into the world. It was comforting 😊. Also hit us in the feels when our senior teacher was telling us how he never married and had kids of his own, and viewed his students as his kids.
I low key hate it when someone in my class gets checked out on the last day of school and everyone starts crying… but when I get checked out on the last day of school this is what happens: crush: ignores me 97% of the class: ignores me The teacher: Byeeee!!! 😭😭😭
