Philadelphia 76ers' star Joel Embiid got injured trying to play in a game to meet the requirement to win MVP. While the rule was there to prevent stars like LeBron James or Kawhi Leonard from resting, even players like Draymond Green think it’s a terrible rule.

~Again there may be more noticeable names that meet the requirement 21-22 season I just grabbed a few that weren’t on 22-23 to show that these players do play the games.
The rule is bs and Load Management is a bs myth. It is a small group of players who legitimately load manage but to punish the whole league is a gross over reaction especially when some of the guys do sit are making the right decision.
I ask people all the time name me ten people that load manage and a lot of people struggle to do that
