I really don't think it is great idea to withdraw the money from your credit card @ 21% to pay off your mortgage loan@6%, faster in 12 years. You need to show analysis of interest paid on credit card verses interest paid on mortgage loan in 12 years. If you don't have extra $1000 income, how to pay off your credit card?
So you basically paying 2700 a month instead of the 1700 and applying the 1000 to the principal. So to save time just pay more money each month than you owe🤣🤣🤣 Got it👌🏾

I agree. By paying more on the principle will save a lot on the interest. That means you can pay off your house much quicker.
Basically pay more towards principal it’s called common sense 😂
