Very happy to have to back. Just a quick note, you should look into 76 concept art. The ‘theory’ that the space station is BOMB-01 came from the fact that the concept art for it literally has BOMB-01 written on it!
0:44 There’s one Easter egg in Fallout 3. Where, in a museum, there is a ship named after Black Isle it’s description lists that it was sunk by friendly fire. It makes me think that down at ground level, beyond the vindictive corporate ladder climbers, there are people in Bethesda who genuinely care about video games and admire Black Isle’s contribution to the RPG genre. That Easter egg may be evidence that some of them would have preferred if Black Isle had made Fallout 3.
I have been loving this series and am so glad to see it hasn't ended. I love hearing about all the cancelled stuff for Fallout games. Just for the simple fact we have no idea what they may use from it in future games.
Waiting for next episode! I'm absolutely loving this series and I try to promote your videos whenever I can. They are simply amazing, please don't stop.
This is a very good series and I’m happy to see you continuing it! I’ve always been fascinated by Van Buren, and I find a video series much more interesting than reading through those design docs.
Do you think you might finish this series? It’s excellently done and I’d really like to hear the ending with your brilliant voice work. You can really tell the story with an entertaining flourish that keeps me engaged. Wouldn’t be the same just reading the design documents
I never really meant to stop. They just tend to take a lot of work to assemble, and I keep getting distracted by fancy new games! I do get asked about it pretty regularly, though. It's currently sitting at #5 on my "Most Requested" list.
I wish someday that someone would finally make a van buran mod that gets released and not cancelled. Also I really wish modders would stop trying to fit van buren with current fallout lore.
Will you ever cover the leaked gameplay demo? Like talking about how it seemed to be set concurrent to the Great War, and had some really good music despite not being made in house.
I've thought about it, but it's a relatively low priority at the moment. I may get to it in the future, but for now I'll be focusing on some of the more obscure stuff. There are a lot of videos about the demo on UA-cam, but very few about the design documents!
I never really meant to stop, at least not until the series was "done". I just ended up getting swamped with so many new games that I didn't have time for my side projects. That said, I'm still hoping to get back to Van Buren at some point! By my estimate, we were just a few episodes from actually finishing it!
I actually really want to, it's just been tricky finding enough time to get back to it. It seems like there's some big new strategy game coming out every couple of weeks, these days! Hopefully I can get back to it soon.
I'll have to review the documents, but I just don't think there's enough information floating around to justify dedicated videos for those locations. I might try to fit them all into one combined video, though. I'll have to think about it!
Oof, has it really been eight months since my last Van Buren video? Yikes. I'm definitely overdue for another one! I'll have to see if I can make some space in my production schedule...
What do you bet Damion is the one who leaked all the information? also funny thing about that air station, a guy I was watching was doing a playthrough on Crimson skies and had a whole bit about another air station that did a very similar thing to that one ua-cam.com/video/DoVXId0OhNY/v-deo.html&index=20&list=PL53A77D6A7A1EE2B1 maybe theres even some cross reference? although now I see why YOU preordered Fallout 76
Ha ha, yeah, I couldn't help but wonder if Damion was one of the leakers. It was his first major writing position, so I can imagine he was pretty disappointed that no one would ever get to see it!
yeah and with how bad fallout 4 was, it doesnt surprise me that they may have tapped into van Burren here for some help looking for some good content, didnt even figure the space station was connected until now thought it looked like some cosemnaught station of some sort.
Oh, interesting! No, I haven't seen that particular project. I'll keep an eye on it, though I'll admit - I'm more than a little skeptical. I've already seen at least two or three similar projects crash and burn over the past few years.
Very happy to have to back. Just a quick note, you should look into 76 concept art. The ‘theory’ that the space station is BOMB-01 came from the fact that the concept art for it literally has BOMB-01 written on it!
Oh my. I definitely haven't seen that.
I've seen a lot of Fallout 76 concept art already, but apparently I missed some!
This is awesome I can't believe something in the fallout universe has something from my hometown in it!
I really enjoy these Van Buren videos- I’m glad to see it continue!
Thanks, Caleb! I'm happy to get back to it!
Retcon Raider hope ya get back to them again.
I thought the same thing regarding the space center when they released the trailer for 76.

It's not that deep, bro
Your videos are a godsend, I’ve always been fascinated by Van Buren but it’s very rarely discussed
I have been loving this series and am so glad to see it hasn't ended. I love hearing about all the cancelled stuff for Fallout games. Just for the simple fact we have no idea what they may use from it in future games.
Glad to see you are still doing these
yessssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss more Fallout: Van Buren Design Document #15!
Waiting for next episode! I'm absolutely loving this series and I try to promote your videos whenever I can. They are simply amazing, please don't stop.
This is a very good series and I’m happy to see you continuing it! I’ve always been fascinated by Van Buren, and I find a video series much more interesting than reading through those design docs.
please do this more< i found your channel randomly and glad i did, never knew so much about a game that i wish had came out now
Hope ya do more of this soon.
Do you think you might finish this series? It’s excellently done and I’d really like to hear the ending with your brilliant voice work. You can really tell the story with an entertaining flourish that keeps me engaged. Wouldn’t be the same just reading the design documents
wow, i love this series! thanks for breaking down these documents!
Why did you stop making these??? You had something going here... hope you get back to making these mini docs of Van Buren
I never really meant to stop. They just tend to take a lot of work to assemble, and I keep getting distracted by fancy new games!
I do get asked about it pretty regularly, though. It's currently sitting at #5 on my "Most Requested" list.
Woah, this video is a nice surprise. I'm working on Bloomfield space center for a big new vegas mod team, so this vid is super useful. Thanks!

This stuff is awesome man. Keep up the good work! :D
Brian fargo trade marked van buren and said him and chris avellone is going to work on it later

I'm looking forward to watching the next part of this radio:) I have to say I like it. I really hope you can continue to make radios of this series
Where's party 2? :cccccccc
Why did you stop producing these videos? They were awesome.
I never really meant to stop, at least not until the series was "done". I just ended up getting swamped with so many new games that I didn't have time for my side projects.
That said, I'm still hoping to get back to Van Buren at some point! By my estimate, we were just a few episodes from actually finishing it!
Retcon Raider nice to hear that, thanks.
Please make more I'm addicted
Please do more of these!
11:56 hears you say that will be talked about in the next video. YEEEET
Correction 11:50
It's been a while, do you have any plans to make more videos about Van Buren?
I actually really want to, it's just been tricky finding enough time to get back to it. It seems like there's some big new strategy game coming out every couple of weeks, these days!
Hopefully I can get back to it soon.
do you intend to make any videos on Circle Junction, The Crater or Moletown?
I'll have to review the documents, but I just don't think there's enough information floating around to justify dedicated videos for those locations.
I might try to fit them all into one combined video, though. I'll have to think about it!
You need more subs!
Ha ha, thanks Jax. I'm getting there, slowly but surely!
Will you be continuing this series? Mutant Year Zero vids are awesome but I miss your Van Buren stuf
Oof, has it really been eight months since my last Van Buren video? Yikes. I'm definitely overdue for another one!
I'll have to see if I can make some space in my production schedule...
Yea there still here
Awesome
Have you heard about the Mod for Fallout 4, Fallout Miami?
I haven't, but it certainly looks interesting!
It's what i think fountain of dreams would look like if it was in the fallout universe
We could really use the part 2 :)
Ahh Van Buren...if only we could've had that instead of Bethesda's recent outings.
Want more! :O
I was going to post first but...

Just a shame 76 was a flop. Makes these old videos hurt a bit when people are so hopeful.
