opal is rank P46 in the IPC ranking just like jade and obsidian, thats one rank below diamond (P47), and judging by how powerfull and influential Jade is, my guess is that opal and obsidian are just as powerfull as her, TLDR. Scary boss baby

Diamond must be the most sinister guy in all of Honkai for now, they are hiding his appearance besides the guy being an Emanator at Acheron's level or stronger

Thats just the nature of being an Emanator, Herta is not actually "there" since all we see is her puppets, Acheron wasn't so boastful of her Emanator status (partly because she hates the path shes emanating), and now Diamond leaves all the stone heart affairs to the ten
The potential red-haired vampire stone heart, the dark-skinned blonde hair purple stone heart, and Sapphire are going to get my wish stones.
