I have noticed that when I try to increase the oxygen level on my concentrator above two, I experience symptoms similar to a die-off or Herxheimer reaction, followed by fatigue for the next few days. How many sessions should I do with zero or one level of oxygen on the concentrator?
When I increased the amount of time on the concentrator, terrible insomnia and felt awful....actually now the last couple sessions I have had no extra oxygen, no mask, during my sessions! Still felt good results, was still tired that evening, but not feeling of die-off, and not as long lasting fatigue. Experiment with the no oxygen! I don't have a certified tech as my tech where I go, so I sort of call the shots on what to change up..I also went from 75 minute sessions to 60 minute sessions....I am dealing with long haul/CFS, and mold illness.
Yes it does, and it's the "helpful" type of nitric oxide. We recently filmed a video on that, which will be coming out sometime in the next several weeks.
In small children (1-3) with mitochondrial dysfunction, do you find that the same frequency is needed to achieve lasting results? I have a 2 year old who is receiving a 20-hour block of 60-minute sessions twice weekly, at 1.3ata, but it seems to me that 4 sessions per week and a 40-hour block minimum would be more effective.
but the bodily adaptations only last until you stop doing HBOT. to keep those 8 cylinder engine you have to go into the chamber frequently. but is that really healthy? I mean becoming addicted to HBOT can potentially have some downside effects. HBOT can boost the healing processes but the mind decides whether to continue with bad habits that cost our body oxygen capacity (food, drinks, bad air)

I wonder if there are any studies on this topic
Would HBOT be advised after a hair transplant surgery to decrease recovery time ?
Thank you. Very informative ❤
On another note- does HBOT help increase nitric oxide ?
Yes it does, and it's the "helpful" type of nitric oxide. We recently filmed a video on that, which will be coming out sometime in the next several weeks.
@@HBOTUSA. THANK YOU. Looking forward to watching your new video on Nitric Oxide ❤
