My father proposed to partition the land for two sons by equal share(Me and my younger brother). Sir my Question is how to partition the land whether as per actual land condition (30 degree tilting condition) or as per exact cardinal direction. If tilt exact north direction as per compass needle, there are two small diagonal portion on south side of the land for each portion (36'0"Width x14'0"length), we ready to neglect diagonal remaining portion after partition. Please suggest me sir, please reply. thank you sir
