I highly doubt that the DLC will be delayed due to the devastating situation Cali is in. Did we forget about when everything shut down from Covid. Especially since DB Legends already been continuing to show new content out of no where which was probably already planned for battle hour to he shown as well. Every game there has its own channel and various places of social media to showcase wte they want to show when they want to show it. The only way Sparking Zero DLC is delayed is if the developers want that to happen because there's nothing stopping them from releasing according to their plans.
