No matter how many more trophies Guardiola wins compared to Mourinho, I have always been under the impression that the players Mourinho has coached have a “I’m willing to d*e for my manager” mentality that I don’t get from Guardiola’s players.

As someone who used to coach (albeit, a different sport) I love this. I would much rather spend half time making adjustments on the field rather than adjusting the team's mindset. When a player can do that for you and let you get to coaching, that's great player leadership.
